Spacious 2-bedroom 2-balcony apt (long & short term at bargain prices), situated in a residential area near St Lazarus sq, within 5 min walk to Larnaca Promenade and Blue Flag award (top-clean) beach
The 1st floor fully equipped apartment (100sq.m in total) has a separate kitchen with dining area, lounge room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sun bed and extra tables.
The home entertainment and communications include WiFi Internet, Satellite TV , DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player, books, music and video library
The building is equipped with a lift and secure entry system, located in a residential area, far enough from busy roads to have a good relaxing holidays. There is a dedicated off-road car parking slot under the building. The car is not necessary though as all amenities, shops and beach are within walking distance
All rooms have built-in wardrobes and Air Conditioning. The Renters pay for electricity used by meter.
If you have any special requirements, they can be discussed beforehand. Additional cleaning can also be arranged during your stay.
Please make sure your insurance covers for personal injuries and unforeseen holiday cancellation.
The bed linen and towels are provided for indoor use only. Please bring your own towels to use at the beach.
Local area and amenities
The area is a lovely mixture of various cultures, mostly populated with Cypriot and English communities.
There is a lot to do around including water activities (swimming, sun bathing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet water biking, fishing, boat cruising), quad-biking, go-karting, walking (there are free walking tours in Larnaca and other areas), cycling etc
High street and designer shops, the Saturday fruit/vegetable/meat markets, numerous cafes, bars & restaurants are highly popular and are within few min walk, on the way to Promenade
Natural, cultural and historical attractions
One of the main attractions in the winter months is the Larnaca Salt Lakes Park, a bustling sanctuary to the Pink flamingos.
A number of Larnaca historical and natural attractions are within walking distance, just a few to mention: the beautiful St Lazarus church, Larnaca Fort (Medieval Castle) Museum, the colourful Foinikoudes (Palm Trees) Promenade and the Blue Flag award beach, Art Galleries, Ancient Rock-Cut Tomb at Agia Faneromeni Church, the mosque and mausoleum of the last Sultan of Cyprus near airport, Archaeological Museum, Craftsmen area, Fishing Harbour, marina, Ecclesiastical Museum, the Pierides Museum etc

it was a realy lovely apartment, with lots of room and two lovely belconeys to sit on one at the front and one at the back, so you are getting the sun all day long. the rooms are lovely and airey with lots of room and cupbord space to hang things.
This apartment is ideal holiday accommodation. The pictures don't do this apartment justice. It's clean, spacious and everything I needed in an apartment. I would certainly book this apartment again when I return to Cyprus next. It is a little walk from the main promenade but only 10 minutes but the accommodation is so much better value for money than anything else I've seen. I had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it without reservation.
stayed at this property for six weeks in the summer of 2012 met our expectations!!! close to, all very clean and felt just like home away from home would def reccomend this apartment!!!!
We had a lovely time in Cyprus. The appartement was well equipped and we enjoyed the morning sun AND the afternoonsun.
The apartment was meticulously clean and furnished with essential needs. All appliances were in working order. Ther apartment was in easy walking distance to everything. The area was quiet, so we were not disturbed at night. The apartment was a better value than a hotel stay. *Also, it was easy to reserve the apartment on line. The apartment actually looked better than the online photos. Although Cyprus is not typcially a vacation spot for Americans, Americans looking for a REAL representation of services will certainly find it here. I encourage my fellow Americans to skip the carribean this year and go to Cyprus. It is so MUCH better (although the taxi are extremely expensive)...and watch out for the "time share" pitches everywhere. Do not ruin your vacation and get sucked into wasting your vacation time listening to their "pitches".
