The local village of Karsiyaka is set in a semi-rural location with panoramic views of the Besparmak mountains, the property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac amongst 10 other villas in a quite location with all day sunshine and sea views of the mediterranean sea . The local beach bar is 5 mins by car and offers lovely hot and cold food at great prices, the local supermarkets Starling and Hos bes are approx. 10- 15 mins by car and there are many good local restaurants two in particular for a lovely evening is the Silver rocks & Ambience both with sea views and fantastic food approx 15 mins by car. The villa is spacious with three bedroom two of which are fully air conditioned, a living room with flat screen TV and WIFI which is also fully air conditioned with a dining area for six and open plan kitchen with all amenities .the pool is child friendly with roman steps into the shallow end 10 x 8 metres with a charcoal fired BBQ for Alfresco dining in the long lazy summer days/evenings There is a big expat community who live in Northern Cyprus and they fill the local restaurants in the summer months, so it might be advisable to reserve a table in advance

This villa is in the countryside near the beach and mountains. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden.
