ELENA COURT is a modern 5* apartment situated within walking distance to the local beaches, taverna's and supermarkets.
This sea view penthouse is decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. All rooms are AIR CONDITIONED with large patio doors leading onto the spacious and privately owned 72 SQUARE METRE BALCONY. WINDOW SHUTTERS throughout. This stunning addition to the property is perfect for outdoor living and enjoying BBQ dining. Furnishings include a patio table & chairs together with a large shading pergola and garden features. Additional sunbeds create an air of relaxed luxury.
The internal open plan living area contains a quality leather sofa, large rug and coffee table. Guests can view English language entertainment on the 32' flat screen SATELLITE TV. The well stocked kitchen contains a WASHING MACHINE, oven and hob, fridge freezer, water cooler and dining table & chairs. The bedroom features comfortable twin beds, good wardrobe space and a safety deposit box. With communal facilities including a SWIMMING POOL and ELEVATOR this property is the perfect apartment rental.
Elena Court will appeal to guests looking for a luxurious holiday within a relaxed beach resort. A wonderful summer retreat for a couple and / or one other or a perfect longer term winter rental (10% discount applies).
Travel time from Larnaca is 40 minutes and airport collections can be arranged. The apartment has parking facilities and an on door BUS SERVICE.
KAPPARIS is a family resort and remains open year round. Kennedy Avenue is the main intersection and this is within a ten minute walk of the apartment as are sheltered beach coves, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Within the immediate vicinity you'll also find water sports, a viewing point into Famagusta and an aquarium/zoo. The local bus picks up outside the apartment. Out of town buses depart from the main Kapparis roundabout (a short bus ride or 25 minute walk from Elena Court).
PARALIMNI is the main municipality town and a five minute drive from the apartment. It is a quaint area with an historic centre, shopping opportunities and cafe culture.
There are many places of interest within this locality. The scenic Cape Greco is situated between the well known resorts of PROTARAS and AYIA NAPA and is an area ideal for walking or cycling. Visit the nearby Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. Explore the peaceful monastery in Ayia Napa, wander around the fishing harbour or try the nearby Potamos Creek. Why not take a boat trip and explore the surrounding area by sea? You'll find the best beaches on the island including the world famous FIG TREE BAY and NISSI BEACH. Famagusta is the deserted ghost town unoccupied since the 1974 war. The main lookout is at Deryneia, one of the Kokkinohoria "red soil" villages, famous for local agriculture and typical Cypriot restaurants.
Travel further afield to see Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia or the Troodos mountains - Cyprus really is a country of day trip proportions and easily accessible with transport.

Our stay at Elena Court was just perfect. Everything is well organized, we found all the things where they were supposed to be.
The guidelines, maps, hints and tips were very helpful and contributed significantly to our overall well being in Kapparis.
And of course the terrace was unbelievable, when we were "at home", we stayed there and were also enjoying the jacuzzi tremendously.
All in all, we decided there and then to return to Elena Court whenever possible. Thank you very much for providing such a nice, comfortable and well looked after apartment!

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in the Penthouse for two weeks this May (2010). The place was very clean and included everything you could need. The apartment itself is quite small, but fine for a couple, and the large roof terrace more than makes up for it. The nearest beach (Firemans cove) is a lovely little beach, but further from the apartment than we were expecting - at least a 15 minute walk in the hot summer sun. We hired a car for our time there and so were able to drive to some of the bigger beaches around (where they offer a wide selec tion of watersports) and see other parts of the island. After driving through some of the big tourist resorts, such as Agia Napa we were pleased wed opted for Kapparis which we thought was a lot nicer. There are still plenty of good restaurants, bars and other amenities, but a bit more peaceful than the larger resorts. Overall we had a fantastic stay and it was very good value for money. Thanks a lot.
This time it was even better than before. I dont really know wnat else can I desire. Quiet and convinient location. Fully equipped with everything you need and even more. And this spa is a real wonder. That was the nicest and the most relaxing holidays I can remember.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Elena Court very much ,the apartment and location were first class. We were close enough to the bigger resorts but also far enough away if you know what I mean.If you go to Elena Court you will need to hire a car but no need to worry about getting there, directions are very easy to follow. If asked would I return Elena Court my answer would be absolutely, we have had ten holidays in Cyprus this was the best by far.
