The development has been beautifully landscaped with orange trees, shrubs and local flowers. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols are provided for you to relax in the sun.
The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard and well appointed, with many extras. It is air-conditioned throughout and with a double bedroom and plush leather sofabed, you can easily sleep 4 in comfort.
The bedroom has a large fitted double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, full length wall mirror and a dressing table. The bedroom also has access to the veranda.

About Kapparis and the Surrounding Area
Whether you like to relax by the pool, hit the beach or go for something more energetic, the location is perfect and everything is within easy reach.
Kapparis is an up-and-coming, picturesque area with plenty to offer all tastes. There are many excellent bars, superb restaurants and several sandy beaches all a short walk from the apartment. If you want the best of both worlds - lounging by the pool by day but with plenty of nightlife nearby should you want it, then its definitely for you.
Within a few minutes walk you will find:

- 9 bars (all serving food)
- 2 wine bars
- 2 mini-supermarkets
- Several sandy beaches
The adjacent resort of Pernera also offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, whilst the lively Protaras, with its wide array of nightlife and award-winning beaches is just 5 minutes away.
Ayia Napa has many clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach, and is a 10 minute drive away.
For a taste of the real Cyprus, you can mix with the locals in the town of Paralimni, with its Cypriot tavernas, delicious local cuisine, wonderful cafes, churches and numerous shops, (even a Marks & Spencer!). This is just 2 minutes up the road.
As well as plenty of watersports on many of the beaches, theres a host of activities from bungee jumping, scuba diving and horse riding to boat trips and trekking in the Troodos Mountains. There is also a huge waterpark on the outskirts of Ayia Napa.
With its wealth of history, there are many tours centred around the local Cypriot crafts, historical sites and ruins. You can also take a coach trip to one of the largest markets, in Larnaca.

Cyprus has a fantastic climate, the summers are long, hot and dry stretching from mid April to mid October and the winters mild. On average there are 340 sunny days each year. The island has lovely beaches, beautiful mountains, with lots of historical and cultural places to visit.
October to December is still sunny and the water warm enough for comfortable swimming.
At the other extreme, during the winter you can even go skiing high up in the Troodos Mountains.

Great directions from airport. Car park under property well lit and lift nearby. All corridors have light that illuminate first 6 appartments then press next light to illuminate rest of corridor. Light go off after 1-2 mins so save electricity. Rooms good size. Our 1 bed appartment probably too small for 4 big adults for 2 weeks. Never ran out of hot water. Freezer had 4 ice blocks so i could have brought my bigger folding freezer bag for trips to beach. No noise from neighbouring rooms. Pool good size but got crowded some days. Noise from kids playing in pool not too bad. Outside bins big enough and emptied 2 times a week. Concerns over dog left on facing balcony a lot of days and all night. It was too hot to leave a dog on balcony. He/she wimpered a lot. Faeces not cleared promptly. Would have hated to be above this apartment it must smell. We reported this to other residents and cleaners. Local supermarket very expensive drive to lidl etc instead. Lovely developing town wide road with good off road parking no charge. Great eating restaurants/bars/cafe within walking distance of appartments.
We could not have been happier with this property and area as it provided exactly what we expected and more. A lovely, well kept apartment that was fully kitted out overlooking a lovely clean pool in a sunny country near to every type of restaurant you could want. We went without a car and found no trouble walking or catching buses to local landmarks. There was plenty to see and do, and can not thank the property owner and managers enough for their help with everything. Really brilliant for a relaxing holiday with the opportunity to get active and perfect for us.
Having never done self-catering before we were pleasantly surprised with the Apartment which was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool and public areas were also kept to a very high standard. Would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family and we hope to return again.
This beautiful Kapparis apartment was of an excellent standard throughout, tasefully decorated and highly equipped with all the essential needs for a hoiday break infact it,s that well equipped you could move in without delay. The discription was exact and therefore we had no unplesant surprises to face upon arrival.the photo`s were a true likeness to the apartment and surrounding areas. The owner of this apartment has been of greatest assistance in all our holiday preparations to include transfers to and from the airport. We also recieved a well informed written guide to all local places of interest eg restaurants, pubs,shops and beaches. Paying for our holiday was dealt with extreme professioalism as confirmation and updat es was as promt as they could be .
this property was very clean and in a good position the pool was very clean also and the people around were very friendly great for a relaxing holiday plenty to do and not far from beach george in twilights was very nice and polite good food would holiday there again a rating of 100% go and see for yourself....
