Weve been coming to Cyprus since 2001 and whilst weve enjoyed holidays at a number of other destinations, something kept drawing us back to this gem of the Mediterranean.

We were pretty quickly seduced by the laid-back lifestyle, fantastic food and warm reception each time we returned. So much so, that we simply had to have a place of our own here!

Our apartment is perfectly situated on a small, quiet development with a lovely communal pool, it is tastefully furnished to a high standard and well appointed, with many extras. Whether its dining al fresco on the veranda in the evening sun or enjoying the wide and varied local nightlife, the apartment is perfectly suited to families and couples looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday, with all you will ever want close to hand.

Perfect for your Cyprus holiday, this is an airy, spacious and well-planned apartment on the first floor of a small, quiet development with a communal pool. Brand new, it is fully air-conditioned and with 2 bedrooms and a plush leather sofabed, you can easily sleep 6 in comfort.

Both bedrooms have large fitted double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, full length wall mirrors and a dressing table. The master bedroom also has access to the veranda.

Apollon Court is perfectly located - whether you like to relax by the pool, hit the beach or go for something more energetic, everything is within easy reach.

Kapparis is an up-and-coming, picturesque area with plenty to offer all tastes. There are many excellent bars, superb restaurants and a pretty, sandy beach (Firemans Cove) all just down the road from the apartment. If you want the best of both worlds - lounging by the pool by day but with plenty of nightlife nearby should you want it, then its definitely for you.

The adjacent resort of Pernera also offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, whilst the lively Protaras, with its wide array of nightlife and award-winning beaches is just a 5 minute drive away.
Ayia Napa has many clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach, and is a 10 minute drive away.

For a taste of the real Cyprus, you can mix with the locals in the town of Paralimni, with its cypriot tavernas, delicious local cuisine, wonderful cafes, churches and numerous shops, (even a Marks & Spencer!). This is just 2 minutes up the road.

As well as plenty of watersports on almost every beach, there is a host of activities from bungee jumping, diving and horse riding to boat trips and trekking in the Troodos Mountains. There is also a huge waterpark on the outskirts of Ayia Napa.

With its wealth of history, there are many tours centred around the local Cypriot crafts, historical sites and ruins. You can also take a coach trip to one of the largest markets, in Larnaca.

You wont be short of things to do here!

Cyprus has a fantastic climate, the summers are long, hot and dry stretching from mid April to mid October and the winters mild. On average there are 340 sunny days each year. The island has lovely beaches, beautiful mountains, with lots of historical and cultural places to visit.

October to December is still sunny and the water warm enough for comfortable swimming.

At the other extreme, during the winter you can even go skiing high up in the Troodos Mountains.

Lovely property beautifully furnished. Lots of little extra things provided to make a very good holiday. The apartment is in a quiet setting , the only drawback is the view of wasteland opposite, but if a view doesnt bother you then it is perfect.

Second time to visit .... that says it all really. Great location for the family, quiet, easy drive to beaches, restaurants, Waterpark etc... Very well maintained apartment. We had the pool to ourselves on the days we used it. Will go back again in the future.

Having lived in Cyprus for a no. of years i expected all the basic services to be in place. I did not expect to go chasing for a replacement gas cylinder. Back in the 60`s we always had a spare cylinder of gas. To add insult to injury (after paying for the rental) i was expected to pay 8 euros for the replacement. Apart from that my family and i enjoyed the accomadation and would recomend it.

Thanks for your comments.Unlimited use of air conditioning and electricity is included in the rental cost, so we dont consider a charge of £6 for the gas used to be excessive, on the rare occasions when it runs out. Additionally, full details of how to obtain a replacement cylinder are in the apartment to minimise the hassle. Apologies if you found this inconvenient.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The balcony got the sun each morning, perfect for breakfast! i would say a car is essential as, although there is a convenience store in easy walking distance, everything else, shops, beach, restaurants etc are some distance away. The welcome pack we received in advance was an excellent help and spot on with some of its restaurant recommendations. Karas on Kennedy Avenue is a must.

The appartment was as lovely as the pictures that advertised it. Absolutly perfect. I have told lots of people about it, Initially very clean but it was late at night when we arrived! My only critisism was that the kitchen units were very sticky!!! The rest of the place was spotless. The description of the amenities was a little in-accurate. You definately need a car to stay in this property. All in all a 9 out of 10.

This is a very well presented apartment, furnished to a high standard and offering far more than I expected from a 'rental apartment'. A real credit to the owners. They went to a lot of trouble in the information pack to provide plenty of local info on places to visit, recommended restaurants etc. which was very helpful. The location was ideal, very peaceful but also close to the beaches, choice of superb restaurants, bars etc We enjoyed several evenings on the veranda with only the crickets to break the silence! I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was in an excellent condition and looked brand new. It was spacious and all the appliances were working properly. It was furnished very well. It is located in a quiet area. It is 2-minutes drive from a huge bakery (open 24 hours a day); it is 5-minutes drive from the largest supermarket in the area and less than 10-minutes drive from the beach - or 15 minutes if you want to visit Fig Tree bay, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. It also has a shaded car park - a must in Cyprus!

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is good, away from the noise but within walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The pool was superb and we found it very warm with the sun on it all day. We shall definatly return.

We have just returned from a two week stay at this apartment and have to say it was the most relaxing holiday we have had. The apartment is bright, spacious and everything you need is provided and more from the selec tion of DVDs and a great music selec tion. The pool is excellent and we had it to ourselves most days. The location is great for all the bars and restuarants in Kapparis and Protaras. So would just like to thank Lyndsay and Andy for renting us thier lovely apartment and we hope to be able to return in the future.

A very nicely presented property with ample parking and facilities provided.The owners helped over and above what was expected with regards to hire of cots and highchairs for our twins.The property is well maintained and tidy and clean throughout.the pool area is very good (although a little chilly in late october!!).very comprehensive info pack sent by e-mail made the transfer from larnaca by hire car a doddle to find the apartment.we will definatly be recommending your place to others wanting accomadation for visiting forces personnell stationed on the island
Efficiently air conditioned, spacious, clean, well presented and equipped. The location is ideal, it is a short walk to the nearest supermarket and butchers (which I recommend) and only a five minute drive to Protaras. The pool was small but cleaned on a daily basis with exellent poolside facilities. The managing agents were pleasant and helpful. The best part was the quietness of the apartment and the view of the moon rising over the sea from the balcony. The owners were more than helpful in answering queries and making arrangements prior to arrival, I am planning to return soon.
The appartment was clean and nicely furnashed. The air conditioning was effective and the mattresses on the beds comfortable. It was nice and quiet during the evenings and there was no noise leakage from other appartments and guests which impressed us as we like quiet evenings. The Local supermarket was very large with lots of choice - easy to get what you needed and 2 mins away by car. Very well situated to reach local restaurants and the towns of Protaras and Aja Napa. Easy to find your way once you knew where it was. We preferred the smaller, quieter local beaches - great snorkelling - great facilities. A great relaxing stay, enhance by this excellent welcoming appartment.
good location, fantastic apartment, pool needs to be kept maintained as we could not use it during our stay as it had not been cleaned, overall excellant value for money would recommend this apartment to others.

The pool is cleaned twice a week and is generally well maintained and very clean. Unfortunately, at the time of this booking heavy storms had caused all pools in the area to become cloudy for a short time and it is now back to normal.
