Located in Protaras, between the famous Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, nestled on its own private sandy beach this luxurious holiday home makes the most of Cyprus’ sunny climate comfortably catering for up to 10 guests.
The residence comprises of 4 levels, fully air-conditioned with private gated access, video entry systems, underground garage with private entry, private internal lift providing access to all floors (except the roof terrace which is accessible via internal stairs), ground level access for pedestrians accessible only via secure gates, private beach access again via secure gate at the bottom of the garden / very good size pool area with comfortable outdoor furniture, overflow swimming pool 60 sq meter roof garden with wondrous viewsand outdoor seating furniture in a relaxing chill out area.
Entrance to Villa is accessible via the basement garage (and pool area) which has ample space for two cars. Upon entering you are met with a charming relaxing seating area to relax with family and friends and an inviting jacuzzi set in mosaic décor. A double en-suite bedroom is also found on this level with access to a small kitchenette with a hob, fridge and washing machine.
Leading to the ground floor which is the main door entrance, you are met with a comfortable open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen with modern dining and seating furniture which open out to the swimming pool and garden area for enjoyable dining and relaxation.
A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is also found on this ground level of the villa.
Leading to the next level, there are a further three en-suite double bedrooms one of which is the spacious master bedroom and opens out to a private balcony, all bedrooms have good wardrobe space and are fully airconditioned.
