This is an exceptionally large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool in the St Georges area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. You can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes or less. The generously proportioned garden is private and tranquil with the road leading to the villa being very quiet also.
Villa Inside and Out
The property has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with large brown leather sofas having views of the television (with Satellite and DVD) and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances that include a dishwasher. Making up the ground floor is a very nice twin bedroom with en-suite facilities that include bath and shower. The bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area.
Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to 2 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a king-sized bed and en-suite which comprises shower and cubicle. The twin room also has an en-suite with bath and shower. A balcony runs the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording wonderful views of the immediate farmland, over to the Mediterenean Sea with the church at Agios Georgios making up part of the scenery. This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.
Outside, a long (pergola covered) driveway that can accommodate 2 cars leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area. The rear garden has been carefully landscaped and has a 9m x 4m pool as its centrepiece. The garden has been fenced to the sides and rear for further privacy and there is ample room poolside for the garden table and chairs with parasol.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A travel cot and highchair can be supplied free of charge upon request
Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate
Please note that a camp bed can be provided so sleep an extra child making the capacity of the villa 7. We do not however accept single sex parties or groups of 7 adults.
The Local Area
In walking distance of the villa are around 6 traditional tavernas serving BBQd meat and local dishes of the highest quality. You are only a 5-7 minute drive from Coral Bay, Peyia village and 20 minutes into Paphos town. Easy access can be gained to the beautifully traditional village of Kathikas and you can also easily reach Polis and Latchi on the other side.
As previously mentioned, the beach and coastline can be walked to (going past some very nice and upmarket gated villas may We add) in under 10 minutes with a choice of routes and areas of coastline to enjoy. Agios Georgios has a renowned fish taverna where fresh fish is brought from fishing vessels that are stationed in the picturesque harbour situated directly below.
The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area.
Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.
If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
It may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time after 3pm on arrival day. There is a keysafe which we provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and
wine for your arrival.**
This is a beautiful villa in a lovely, peaceful location, and the evening sunset from the balcony is breathtaking. The Sunset Cafe, located within walking distance is highly recommended where the food is good and excellent value for money and the service is second to none. Coral Bay is a lovely town, not too big, but with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Also highly recommended is Goosefat and Garlic situated on the main road to Coral Bay, where the food is excellent.
On a negative note, I do feel that this Villa is beginning to show a lack of TLC and is beginning to look a bit tired.
However, we did have a fabulous holiday and would definitely go back.

Very good representation of the advert. It looked exactly like the photo. Excellent location being near enough to coral bay but also the lovely St George with the restaurant and beautiful views.
Good size for 6 and well stocked for self catering.
There were only 5 sunbeds though and we were six. That would be my only complaint.
Hi Marie, many thanks for your kind review. We are pleased you loved the villa and area. We are sorry about the missing sun lounger which has now been replaced. many thanks again

Excellent Villa, just as pictured. Really comfortable a home from home. Very good professional service from steven and Lisa at My Cyprus lets. A fantastic place to have a relaxing quiet holiday, only 30 mins from Paphos harbour and other attractions.
Villa St George offers the most wonderful sunsets from the balcony which are best enjoyed with a refreshment. Would highly recomend this villa to families, groups and couples as its suitable for all.

The villa was in a very quiet area as described which is what we wanted for a relaxing family Xmas in the Sun. The local property managers were very helpful and attentive and we would recommend the villa to anyone.

''The property was wonderful. Great size, had all the amenities you could want; the sky tv and wifi were very handy! The gas BBQ was brilliant, very easy to use. The outdoor space was very good, plenty of comfy sunbeds. The property was perfectly located to watch the sun setting over the sea, from the balcony at the back of the house. Very beautiful. The location was exactly what we wanted – very quiet, not much around apart from a couple of restaurants but Coral Bay could be easily reached by bus within about 20 minutes, for supermarkets, etc… The Phillipos supermarket in Coral Bay will give you a free ride home with your shopping, which was very handy! The Sunset restaurant about 200 yards from the Villa is recommended. Good food and reasonably priced. LetsRentOnline.Com very helpful, always replied to emails. Robin who visited the villa while we were there was very helpful too. We hope to return soon, it’s one of the few places where you can guarantee the weather!''

Fantastic wonderful villa. Great location and very peaceful. We had some great meals at the Sunset restaurant which was less than 5 mins walk away, a great BBQ lunch at the Last Castle, lovely sunset drinks at Oniros and Yialos. Excellent service with all queries answered promptly. Robin was very helpful

The property was found to be in perfect working order, very clean and also well located for our family needs. As mentioned above the location turned out to very good indeed for all the adult - family members. We can recommend most of all the Restaurants on the Coral Bay strip. Very satisfied indeed with your service. Nice to experience a Company who are clearly working very hard during this difficult time. completely satisfied with the Local - Manager also.

"The property was lovely before, but the recent refurbishment has really transformed it. Very nice colour scheme. The location is very quiet (at this time of year anyway), but close to lively resort if you want a change. The local restaurant – Sunset – is only a few minutes stroll and was the best food and drinks we had for the whole holiday. That includes trips into Paphos, Coral Bay and Latsi. It is a family run restaurant and very friendly. Booking and communications were very straightforward – no problems at all. Local agent came round a couple of times and we had her phone number if we needed to contact her. Generally very happy with the villa and the booking system. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. We had a great holiday thanks, and are now back in a cold, grey, wet England. Can’t wait to get away again! Best wishes, Lynn"

"We have stayed in many villas and been to many countries, always returning to Cyprus and I can honestly say this was one of the best Villas we stayed in...in terms of layout, size and price, and location with stunning views. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return to the same villa again in the hope that the prices dont go up assuming youll get more glowing reports as the summer goes on. First of all we contacted a number of people about villas in Cyprus and Portugal and you were the most efficient person we dealt with, responding very quickly offering an efficient service hence why we booked through you and went onto book the car hire through your website as well. We cannot thank you enough.
Secondly, Angela came Monday morning at 9.00 am and was excellent. Recommending Akamas peninsula and Viklaris the last castle for lunch as well as the Sea Caves Tavern, both of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. She returned after a week with Martine to clean with fresh towels, which were unnecessary as there were many clean towels, being just the two of us in a three bedrooms villa. They were both superb and the villa was very clean.
I cannot praise the pool people enough, they did a wonderful job of cleaning the pool. They came almost every other day to check the pool, clean it and top it up......the pool was immaculate. They were very friendly and chatting also recommending places for us to visit, I almost looked forward to their early morning visits to see their friendly faces.....if we did have a lie in, they would be so quite that we never heard them. I was lying in the pool and glanced over at the pool sign one hot day and saw the smiley faces on the sign which made me smile, a friendly notice of pool rules which were more than happy to follow, as they were presented in a very positive way.
The location was just what we were looking for peaceful and no tourists. Ive been going to Cyprus since 1988 and know many people, always stayed in Limassol and it was a joy to return to Cyprus and a new place that reminded me of how Limassol use to be, traditional and peaceful, with beautiful views and food. We will definitely return to this location and villa.
The Villa was superb and we felt the price was just right. The position of the Villa was great, not overlooked and stunning sunset sea views. The layout was open plan and very roomy, bedrooms tastefully and simply decorated, looking stylish. Gardens and pool beautiful and as mentioned before maintained by a lovely friendly couple.
Plenty of lighting, towels, air conditioning and fans all used during the holiday. Loved the day bed and new seating on the balcony too. The barbecue was used daily as we cooked most nights, and gave it a thorough clean each time. A great addition. Ive already emailed five people today recommending the villa...only hope it doesnt get booked up so we can come back."
