This beautiful and cosy holiday apartment is ideal for a family or friends. It is located just 100 meters from the centre of the Town Županja. Holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the building which has three more apartments, while on the ground floor is office space with a quite turnover. Fully and modern furnished will provide you everything needed for careless and pleasant stay. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, modern and furnished kitchen which is separate from the living room with the bar. At your disposal there is mini bar against payment. Security stay in this apartment guarantees you a safe, security doors, a fire protection system and video surveillance. Parking is under continuous 24-hour video surveillance, and guests on a TV monitor in the apartment can monitor their parking lot.Additionally guests have on their disposal shared natural plot located behind the building where you can find huge cover terrace with the barbecue and garden furniture. For the children’s there is swing, trampoline, and kid’s roundabout, climbing frame, slide and smaller kids pool. To fulfil your stay we certainly suggest a visit to the city of Županje and see it sights such as museum and gallery or take the ride on a traditional horse-drawn carriage. also take a ride on the road called "Road of golden thread" in order to familiarize yourself with the local customs, taste the excellent local food and wine. We invite you on two important events held in Županja. "Šokačko seat" which is held in February each year and "Harvesting and Threshing in the past" which is traditionally held on the first Saturday in July. At the nearby river anglers will find peace, hunters will enjoy hunting in the nearby forests, while cyclists will enjoy two hundred kilometres of road and mountain bike trails.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
