Spectacular new build 5-star holiday home situated in the Zaton Veliki area of Dubrovnik. The property has 4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests and provides the ultimate setting for a memorable holiday in comfort and luxury, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating parts of Croatia. This stylish and elegant holiday home sits in a beautiful natural plot, with a wonderful outdoor area complete with a lovely pool, outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue/summer kitchen area - perfect for whiling away those balmy summer evenings with your loved-ones whilst sharing a delicious home-cooked meal.On the ground floor you will find the impeccably finished open-plan kitchen which leads onto the dining area and living space, as well as 1 one of the 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the first floor along with 2 bathrooms. On the top floor of the house there is a fitness room, a sauna and a cinema room. Zaton Veliki is an authentic small village within easy reach of the old town of Dubrovnik, which lies just 8km away. Dubrovnik is known the world-over for its spell-binding old town, picturesque coastline and it host of historical sites. Throughout the summer you will find that there is also an array of cultural and entertainment events taking place in Dubrovnik.

This beautiful villa is made from brick or stone and was originally built in 1990 and refurbished in 2018. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best villas - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also great value for money. This villa has a swimming pool and restricted sea view; it is also located in Zaton, only 8km from Dubrovnik. The nearest airport is only 35km away. It is set in a very convenient location, just 700 metres away from a stone and pebble beach. There's also a restaurant only 50 metres away.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
