This beautiful vacation home is located in the town of Vodnjan, which has an old town with ancient buildings. The vacation home consists of two apartments connected by external stairs. The tastefully furnished interiors consist on the first floor of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with living room, which has been converted into a game room with billiards, foosball and darts. The terrace is directly connected to the outdoor kitchen, where you can spend many hours outdoors in the shade.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area and a covered terrace. The property offers a pool with sunbathing area and a jacuzzi, and for the little ones there is a children's play area. The pool is heated and is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation outside the peak season and summer hustle and bustle.

Vodnjan is famous for its church of St. Blasius where you can see well preserved mummified bodies of three saints and for the production of excellent olive oil. The nearest beaches are in Fa?ana, from where you can take a boat to the Brijuni National Park.
