The leafy little town of Svetvincenat is the charming location for this most impressive house, perfectly matched to its delightful environs. Within a five minute walk of Neroli you will find a couple of bars, a pizzeria, two general stores, post office and a pharmacy as well as the jewel in Svetvinenat’s crown, the main square. Home to a beautiful Renaissance church and an 18th Century loggia the square is dominated by the imposing Palazzo Grimani, a well preserved, medieval castle with a wide, lawned keep, fringed by chestnuts and pines.
Situated in central Istria, Svetvinenat could not be more conveniently located. The principal towns of the region, including Pula, Rovinj and Pore are all within a 30 minute drive, as are the pebble beaches of the Adriatic coast. For a fascinating day trip take the boat over to the historic and beautiful Brijuni Islands National Park where numerous herds of fallow deer and peacock wander in parkland of cedar, laurel and bamboo. Closer to home, Svetvinenat has a varied program of cultural events to enjoy over the summer months including the ethnic jazz festival (start of July), the International Festival of Dance and non-Verbal Theater (end of July) and, in mid-June, the election of the most beautiful goat in Istria (we kid you not!).
Spacious and imposing, you enter into a large, well-furnished living room where the decor and atmosphere will surely impress. Exposed stonework blends imaginatively with smooth walls, attractively pai

Excellent property! Very helpful service by Anna.
Town is quiet with two or more pizzerias/cafes, Saturday market and two small stores (no fresh meat - butcher in Rovinj or closer). A truck playing loud polka/circus music makes a run around the town every morning selling fish.
Terrace is excellent for sun-downers. Sauna and the pool were a good combo for the time of year. Master BR shower has a steam room fitting.
Even includes an honesty bar of local wines and brandy.
