Featuring an irresistible infinity pool looking out to the Adriatic Sea just 100m away, Villa Tadeja is a high-quality, luxury residence located in Sutivan, on the Croatian island of Brac. Designed and built to the highest of specifications, it's notable for its contemporary style and wonderful terrace areas.
The villa covers two floors, combining sophisticated design with stunning modern architecture. There's a gym with fitness equipment, table tennis and impressive spaces to dine or lounge in the sun on the spacious pool terrace. The villa looks particularly spectacular when it lit up at night, which could be the perfect time to enjoy the pool and its incredible ocean view.
The spacious, open-plan living area offers direct access to the pool and terrace. You have ample seating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, as well as an elegant dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and everything else you could need.
An eye-catching staircase leads you up to the first floor. Three double bedrooms are complemented by three beautiful bathrooms, with each bedroom offering plenty of space, storage and a flatscreen TV. The gorgeous balcony terraces with seating are another great bonus and a wonderful place to greet the new day. You can easily stroll down to Sutivan's golden sandy beach, just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa.
Sutivan lies on the island's north-western coast, roughly level with Croatia's second-largest city, Split, and a short drive from the island's capital, Supetar. Ferry services travel to Split from Milna, about 20 minutes' drive from Sutivan. Beautiful vineyards, olive groves and orchards surround this small village, which is beautifully peaceful and ideal for bathing in the clear waters of the Adriatic. A nature park incorporating a zoo and children's playground, and several notable old buildings, like Kastil Marijanovic and the ancient church of St. Ivan, await you.

One of the largest islands in the Adriatic, Brac is a beautiful place to discover. Considered less touristy than Hvar or Korcula to the south, you will be charmed by its pretty harbours, forests and the island's authentic feel. Brac is perhaps most famous for its beautiful white stone which was used to construct Diocletian's Palace in Split, just across the water on the Croatian mainland.
It's possible to combine a trip to both the island and the mainland, with regular ferry links to Brac from the major centres of Split and Makarska. It's a geographically impressive island, with numerous beautiful beaches, harbours, vineyards and mountains. You should certainly seek out Vidova Gora, the highest peak on the island (indeed, the highest on all the Adriatic islands), which offers some fabulous views at 778m altitude.
The scenery will impress wherever you go on Brac, so it's worth taking the time to explore as much as possible. You may arrive on the island at Supetar, its largest town – don't pass through too quick or you will miss its pretty harbour and medieval street network which plays host to lots of little shops and charming cafes, as well as an 18th-century church. On the opposite coast, Bol is the home of one of Brac's most popular beaches, Zlatni Rat which extends into the Adriatic and offers great windsurfing conditions.
While you're on Brac, you may also be tempted to check out the neighbouring island of Solta. You can now take a catamaran trip from Milna to Rogac, avoiding the need to cross to the mainland and back out as used to be the case. It's well worth the 20-minute crossing, particularly to visit the award-winning destination of Maslinica with its beautiful pine woods and secluded, rocky beaches.
