It is located on a spacious estate of about 10,000 m², from which there is a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The island is widely known for its high quality limestone, which has been quarried since ancient times. The fenced and well-maintained property is located in a quiet area, far from the noise of the city and it is surrounded by olive groves. Cozy comfort is offered inside. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a living room with exit to the covered terrace with fireplace.
