The Luxury Residence The Ocean Dream III is a perfect vacation destination for you. This deluxe 5-star Villa is located in Primošten, a town at our beautiful Adriatic coast. It covers an area of 340 m2, has three bedrooms and is located on three storeys. On the ground floor are a large living room and dining area which are on two levels, an opening to a large terrace with an amazing sea view and equipped with a seating set. The lower level has a sauna with a shower, a partly roofed pool, and a pool terrace. On the first floor are two bedrooms - one has a double bed and a french balcony, while the other one has twin beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have an LCD TV and a shower toilet. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and is identical to the previous bedroom with a double bed. From the hallway is an opening to a glass terrace which has an amazing sea view.The Luxury Residence The Ocean Dream III has fitness equipment for your personal exercise. With a surcharge, you can have a variety of services to feel royal, like chef/cook service, excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting, daily maid service, etc. Spa treatment is free. The whole Villa is air-conditioned, has free access to Wi-Fi, free toiletries, and a private parking. On request, we can give you a baby cot and a baby chair. This Villa has also a cafe and lounge bar. Breakfast has a surcharge of 15 € per person (adult), 6-12 years old have a 50 % discount, while children up to 6 years have breakfast gratis.The Luxury Residence The Ocean Dream III has a private rocky/shingle beach which is available for all guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included. Here you can enjoy your cocktails while sunbathing and having a spectacular sea view.
