This extremely cozy holiday house is located in the beautiful coastal village of Premantura, which borders on the popular Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. The interiors are spread over three floors, whereby bedrooms number 1 and 2 are on the second floor and bedroom 2 is a go-through room to the single bed bedroom. Bedroom No. 3 is in the gallery, on the third floor, from where a beautiful sea view is offered. Even if this fantastic holiday home does not have a garden, it has a terrace with an outdoor kitchen where you can spend many hours outdoors barbecuing. In the village itself there are many restaurants offering excellent regional dishes. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful bays and beach sections in the Kamenjak Nature Park, which can be reached via gravel roads and paths. Active vacationers can explore many cycling and hiking trails on the Istrian peninsula while water sports enthusiasts have the best conditions for sailing, surfing and diving.
