Pag is an Island with beautiful beaches, hidden bays, centenarian olive trees, a rich cultural and historical heritage and crystal clear sea. The Island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so that it is reachable easily. At the beach of Novalja is the famous party mile Zrce, which attracts every year more and more guests from all over the world. The homeowner has also a part of the beach in concession, where places are secured for you. The cars you can park in the garage. The estate is completely fenced, what allows your children a safe playing. The house consists of two one-room apartments which are connected by an outdoor-staircase. On the common plot with the homeowner there is as well the shared swimming-pool of 45m2. On the property there is also an outdoor-kitchen where you can prepare delicacies. The stylish interior and exterior and the completely equipment will enable you a pleasant stay. Good wine, the traditional well-known Pag cheese, lamb, smoked ham and many events during the summer months will make your holiday complete. Visit the nature park “Lunske masline” and listen to the stories of each old olive tree and learn more about the tradition of Lun. During your vacation make a trip to Zadar and enjoy elaborate architecture, old city-walls and an old town in Venetian building style. Visit unique architectural miracles like the “Sea Organ” which creates an amazing sound and let also enchant yourself of the “Greeting to the Sun“, with fascinating light effects during the night.

This beautiful modern villa is made from brick or stone and was recently built in 2015. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best villas - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also great value for money. This villa has use of a shared pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also only 500 metres from Novalja. It is set in a very convenient location, 1km away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant only 500 metres away.

The villa has free wireless internet. You can also park in the garage on-site at no extra charge. The villa is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a shared barbecue and some shared garden furniture outside.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
