This beautiful holiday house, originally built in 1800 awaits you in the tiny village of Mrgani, located above Limska Draga or the Lim Valley. This renovated house in the year 2012 has two units i.e., two houses on the same property. In the larger house, there are 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The smaller house has a lounge on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. The property is surrounded by a high wall. A delightfully refreshing pool invites you to take a dip on warm summer days. From the covered terrace, you can keep a watchful eye on your children playing or you can enjoy reading a good book. There is also a playground for the little ones. Due to the proximity to the cities of Rovinj and Porec, the house serves as an excellent holiday base. The house is located at a sufficient distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city and mass tourism. Nearby, there are the ruins of the medieval town Dvigrad, which was repeatedly ravaged by plague and where according to a legend, the pirate Henry Morgan fleeing from the British fleet hid his most precious treasure, which he had collected in Central America.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
