Delightfully renovated traditional stone house beside the Marina, on the edge of the delightful village of Milna
Harbour house is traditional comfort with many special touches - refurbished stone walls, large traditional stone oven in the kitchen and spacious bedrooms perfect for a family with children.
It is only steps from Milna village and a short walk to the Marina .
Enjoy the lights of the harbour while dining al fresco on the large patio overlooking the village or go for an evening stroll along the waterfront.
Sip your morning coffee on traditional Brac stone tables whilst lounging on the terrace, or in one of the many harbour side cafes or restaurants.
The new spa bathroom on the terrace is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or day sailing. With lovely views over the hillside
We can rent bicycles, arrange a day or evening sail, scuba diving or have a traditional dalmatian meal delivered to the villa and served for your pleasure.
From MIlna you can take the catamaran to Split for the day. The island is great for hiking, biking, swimming and water sports, not to mention sailing and motor boating.
Our partners are happy to arrange a fabulous day or sunset sail to one of the many restaurants on the next Island of Hvar .
Explore the many secluded bays of Brac, or nearby islands and discover hidden bays, restaurants and the secrets of the Adriatic island lifestyle.
Or book this Villa for our cycling or trekking holiday as a base and soothe your tired body with a wonderful jacuzzi at the end of the day.
We (two couples) stayed at the Harbour House for six nights at the beginning of July. House is situated in a convenient location to shops and the town center. Milna village is beautiful and quiet enough, there were nice restaurants and peaceful beaches nearby.
The villa itself is cosy, clean, well equiped and its terrace is perfection! Just ideal for our purposes. Everything was more than we could have imagined. We recommend this villa highly, and hope to be back some day!
We recommend renting a car or bikes, if you want explore the island more - however there are buses and different tours are organised daily. If you want more street life you may go to Bol and the city of Supetar in the evenings by bus.
A fair house, set above the little harbour town of Milna, right at the western end of Brac. In Milna, you find bakeries, two or three (small) supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as a regular speedboat connection to Split. Beautiful bathing spots about 2 kms to the south. However, Harbour House is not a really quiet place - you will hear murmuring and music from the bars and restaurants as well as trucks and cars taking the road right behind the house to the harbour and its petrol station.
The house itself did not fully meet our expectations: On the patio, there is no (!) parasol or any other sunscreen - which means you cant use it before 1 pm. That is, in our opinion, inadequate to a house with prices like these. Furthermore, at the day of our arrival, the house was really dirty - dust and spiders webs all around. In the dishwasher, we found dirty, partially even moulded dishes - the handover obviously had been carried out quite frowsily. On the patio we found old cigarettes.
Finally, the air condition in one of the bedrooms did not work properly, or only if the one in the living-room was switched on, too. A technician came and looked after that, but was not able to fix it.

We were met by croatian property management at the ferry port, where we checked in and had a welcome drink. Very easy way to begin our holiday. They gave us all the information we needed a mobile phone and answered all our questions. We then made our way along stunning roads to the village of Milna. The house is situated on the edge of Milna, just inside and outside. Perfect location to watch the world wander by , without privacy compromised.
We were met by our manager at the house and really she was fantastic she showed us around and arranged a barbeque to be delivered to the house that evening with wine vegetables and a roasted pig. What a treat. The kids nearly burst with excitement , when we lit the outdoor fireplace
The beaches are nearby for exploring fantastic secluded coves and the main beach was an easy 15 minute walk along the waterfront. The kids would swim alongside us as we wandered to the beach. It was magical. The house itself was so beautiful, old stone building renovated completely with a separate spa bathroom, they called it. When the kids were in bed we would sit in the jacuzzi with the doors open and look at the wonderful view up the hills.
I cannot recommend this house more and the staff organised anything we wanted. I am definitley coming back , that is for sure. For the kids , i have to say it is the first time in many years where we were not distracted from each other we had so much fun fishing and exploring and the village felt so safe they felt confident wandering around and we felt they were completely safe.
Definitly book this house but not in july as we want to go back :-)
Brac stone tables face up the hills and down in to the marina and the village. Beautiful for relaxing as a family or group of friends. Our local chef will be delighted to cook you a traditional peka on your outdoor stone barbeque for a wonderful Croatian experience.
