At the foot of U?ka mountain and above the beautiful coastal town of Opatija is this stunning vacation home. It is located on the edge of a forest, away from the city noise, in the village of Matulji, where you can have a fantastic rest. The stylishly furnished vacation home is situated on an approximately 3000 m² large and fenced plot. Inside there are large glass surfaces that flood the interior with light and create a direct link to the natural outdoor area with pool, deck chairs and barbecue. The living space is distributed over two floors. On the first floor are living room with billiards, bedroom, bathroom and lounge, while eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate laundry and ironing room are upstairs. Active vacationers can explore the surrounding area on cycling and hiking trails. In a few minutes by car you can reach the town of Opatij, where you will find many restaurants, bars and beaches. The approx. 12 km long promenade invites you for walks. Parking in the garage.
