This wonderful holiday villa with private swimming pool is located on a hillside in the small village of Kucine, affording you some fabulous panoramic views of the sea, the islands and the city of Split.The plot is hidden from view and has its own access road leading to the automatic gates. The house is actually two large apartments, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor which are connected by internal stairs, making this property ideal for mulitple families or groups of friends. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and kitchen with dining space from where you can step out onto the spacious terrace connected to a "bocce" field. On the second floor there are a further four bedrooms, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room with separate entrance, an ideal socializing space. For your enjoyment there is also golf course with a lovely summerhouse, a small fitness room and cageball field, which can also be used for badminton. For additional fun and relaxation there is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, and for those who enjoy a game of chess there is a giant chess board next to the house. The property is located 3km from a sandy beach. The following services are possible at extra charge and prior agreement with the owner: renting of cooks and waiters, car and boat, a transfer from / to the airport, guided tours, service-beauty treatments and massages.

This villa has a swimming pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also located in Kučine, only 9km from Split. It is set in a convenient location, 3km away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant only 600 metres away.
