This lovely rural holiday home of exceptional value is located on the south-eastern coast of Istria, in the very heart of the fishing place Krnica. It will delight you with its quality, comfort, abundance of autochthonous details and the wonderful park with plenty of stone and greenery, where the swimming pool is situated. The interiors are filled with autochthonous value, which can be found at every step. The great fusion of stone and wood creates exceptionally pleasant ambience and takes you back in time. The house is fully equipped in order to satisfy the requirements of contemporary standards of living. The living space on the ground floor of the house comprises large dining area, living room with double-sided fireplace and pretty kitchen, where even the biggest gourmands will enjoy preparing their favourite delicacies. For those who are looking for relaxation, on the ground floor there is space with sauna, hydro-massage shower cabin and stationary bicycle. The sense of space and airiness is enhanced by the beautiful stairs, made of wood and iron balustrade. On the upper floor, besides the bedroom and bathroom, there is additional room for relaxation, connected to the pretty covered terrace, where guests can sip their morning coffee or enjoy a glass of quality wine in the evenings. In the attic, the jewel of the house is situated - the wonderful bedroom with high ceiling decorated with wooden beams, within which there is also a gallery with additional sleeping capacity. We need to mention that bedroom no. 3 is a walk-through room which creates access to bedrooms nos. 2 and 4, while the bedroom no. 4 leads onto the gallery. The bedroom no. 3 is equipped with a single pull-out bed. At the back of the house, there is the aforementioned park with a terrace, where guests will surely spend many pleasant moments in the shade of grapevine. The stone walls adorned with greenery, green areas, autochthonous red roofs and the surface of the swimming pool in the shade of Istrian sky – it all creates a magnificent fusion of pastel colours which adds to the autochthonous value and charm of this property. It is worth mentioning that the front of the house is facing the square of Krnica and in direct proximity there is a smaller restaurant and all other amenities such as grocery shop or post office. The lovely natural rocky and pebble beaches can be found only a few kilometres away. Guests can also enjoy fishing feasts, which are often organised during the summer. The whole region is weaved with bicycle trails, while within 10 km radius there is also a horse ranch where you can try horseback riding and an adrenaline park, which will provide entertainment for both adults and children. We also strongly recommend visiting the towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Opatia as well as exploring the green Istrian hinterland.

This beautiful modern villa is made from brick or stone and was originally built in 2002 and refurbished in 2006. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best villas - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also great value for money. This villa has a swimming pool and view over the landscape; it is also located in Krnica, 25km from Pula. It is set in a convenient location, 2.5km away from a rock bound coast. There's also a restaurant only 30 metres away.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
