Holiday home - Opatija-Moscenicka Draga, Croatia

Simply furnished cottage in traditional autochthonous style, located near Mos?eni?ka Draga. It has three floors and a gallery (roof slope to 40 cm and reachable by unsecured steep stairs). At the bottom is a separate studio apartment, from which the rest of the house is reached by the outside stairs. The cottage with a few neighboring houses is secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy the silence, unspoiled nature and a fantastic view of the blue sea. An asphalt road leads to the property, the last approx. 80 m are not asphalted. From all floors you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. Beautiful beaches can be found nearby in Sipar, Mos?eni?ka Draga and Medveja. There are good opportunities for an active vacation: cycling, climbing and windsurfing.
