Holiday home - Crikvenica-Kostrena, Croatia

In the small village of Kostrena is located this wonderful semi-detached house with partial sea view. With large fenced garden and pool, it is the ideal vacation home for families with children. For the right refreshment on hot summer days, there is a swimming pool and an outdoor shower in the garden. Sun loungers are available around the pool and a barbecue invites you to prepare delicious meals. From the living room and kitchen you can access the covered terrace, where you can relax from the first morning coffee until the evening. On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom in the living room. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two more bedrooms with balconies and each with its own bathroom.
On the property there are two covered parking spaces as well as children's play equipment such as a swing and see-saw. If you want to play chess, there is a large chess board on the property for outdoor fun in the evenings. You can easily reach the nearest beaches, restaurants and cafes on foot. Sports activities such as soccer, tennis, water polo, cycling on trim trails are equally within easy reach.
During your vacation, be sure to visit the cities of Rijeka and Opatija, as well as the nearby islands of Krk, Cres and Lo?inj. Istria is about a 45-minute drive from the house.
