This completely renovated semi-detached house is located in the heart of Istria, in rural surroundings of Klimni village. On the fenced plot dominates the pool area with covered terrace and barbecue. However, the small outbuilding is closed and not available to guests. The well-equipped vacation home consists of three floors connected by interior stairs. The attic has a minimum ceiling height of about 120 cm. Enjoy the evergreen landscape and discover the ancient sites of the neighboring smaller villages. If you want to swim in the sea, the location of the house is a good starting point to visit the coastal towns on both sides of the peninsula such as Rabac, Pore?, Rovinj and Pula. A beautiful area for hiking and cycling.
