Built in 2018 on a plot of land measuring 10,000 square metres, this modern villa offers luxurious and stylish holiday accommodation, ideal for a large family holiday or reunion with friends. Each of the five sumptuous bedrooms has a beautiful en-suite bathroom allowing privacy for guests yet the open-plan aspect of the ground floor lounge and dining space is perfect for convivial living.

However, the owners have taken great care to ensure only natural materials were used when possible with local stone, combed oak, high-end Italian tiles, the very best linen and fine furnishings throughout. The list of activities for all ages is endless with a sauna, gym, billiard room inside whilst outside you'll discover the heated pool, playground, mini-golf course and multi-purpose sports court for whichever game you fancy – football, tennis, basketball or volleyball. You may prefer to just kick back and relax on the beautiful outdoor furnishings with many al-fresco terraces to choose from whilst keen cooks will love preparing local delights in the idyllic summer kitchen, the perfect place for long meals into the night with a good local wine!
It will be hard to leave your paradise, yet there is so much of Istria to explore. Sample some of the country's finest olive oil in historical Vodnjan (8km), take part in the summer festivities in the pretty village of Svetvincenat (9km), see the impressive Roman amphitheatre in Pula (20km) or head north to idyllic Rovinj (32km) with its old town perched above the sea. There are pebble beaches with calm crystal clear waters just 15km from your villa or take a boat trip to the nearby islands of Brijuni with the most intensely stunning beaches.

In an unspoiled part of Istria, the local village of Jursici is within easy reach where you will find a grocery shop and bistro, plus another restaurant just a short drive away. It's an isolated and peaceful area filled with olive groves yet within a short drive you can be at the beach or visiting some delightful Istrian towns and villages.
The nearest beaches are just by the fisherman's village of Fanzana (15km) with its calm, crystal clear waters and slightly further north at Peroj (15km) with its beautiful views over to the Brijuni islands.
If you are enticed by the lure of wild and rare nature, then take a boat trip from Fanzana (15km) to the nearby islands of Brijuni which are not only surrounded by the most intensely stunning beaches but are also covered in greenery boasting rare wild plants including wild cucumber and more.
Historical Vodnjan (8km) produces some of the best olive oil in the country and has a restaurant that is known to one of the best in Istria. Don't miss Svetvincenat (9km) with a programme of summer events to entice visitors to the charming village.
Just north on the west coast of Istria is the idyllic town of Rovinj (32km) with its photogenic old town just by the sea and a stunning coastline of beautiful pebble beaches. Take an old-fashioned boat ride (batana) around the old town for a romantic and memorable experience.
Lovers of history will especially appreciate Pula (20km) and its amazing Roman amphitheatre, a venue for concerts and festivals in the summer. Alternatively, head north to pretty hilltop villages such as Motovun (48km), a pretty medieval hilltop village famous for its truffles.
Those looking for an even wider range of activities can head north up the coast. Porec (46km) offers watersports, kayaking, sailing and paintball whilst kids and adults alike may love a day out to Aquapark Istralania (57km), about forty minutes away.
