Leaving the courtyard and crossing the road you will come to another fenced yard where you have a swimming pool, a covered terrace with summer kitchen, a toilet and a corner for children's entertainment. The pool is used exclusively by guests of the house CIC316. The location is ideal for an active vacation and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Driving west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. To the east, the tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you head south, you will arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. To the north are picturesque medieval towns, such as Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. As you drive along the Istrian peninsula, you will come across many wine roads and local taverns serving local delicacies. It's certainly a great way to learn about local traditions and customs. Visit the nearby U?ka Nature Park, where you can enjoy the exceptional nature, adorned with many protected and rare species of animals and plants.
