This holiday home was built in 2006 and is modern and tasteful with elegant furniture. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, trees that are hundreds or years old and evergreen Macchia bushlands. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cloakroom, a living room, an open kitchen and an Internet room from which you can remain connected to the outside world during your holiday. From the terrace, you can keep an eye on the swimming pool and your children while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass or Croatian wine. The large property offers plenty of space for children and pets to play and romp. There are beautiful views to the mountains and the fertile Konavle. You will find a gravel beach suitable for children 2.5 km from the house. The house is situated in the village Gruda 30 km from Dubrovnik which is one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean area. Cars are not allowed in the old town which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city walls are more than 1,940 metres long and up to 6 metres wide. They are accessible for a fee. The town was badly damaged by fire bombs during the Croatian War of Independence in 1991 but most of the damage has been repaired today.
