This exceptionally beautiful holiday house with large garden and pool consists of two separate apartments which are connected by external stairs and therefore it is ideal for a relaxing holiday of two families or a group of friends. Here you can escape from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of the hilly area. The modern and stylishly furnished interiors and good facilities radiate a pleasant feel-good atmosphere with high recreational value. In the spacious and well-kept garden with pool, that can be heated and has a whirlpool bench for 2 persons, area your children can play undisturbed with the children's play equipment while sports enthusiasts train in the gym and afterwards relax in the sauna. Also you have the possibility to read your favorite book in the shade and in the evening to prepare delicious barbecue meals on the covered terrace, on the first floor. This holiday home lies in the rural idyll of the peaceful village of Dubrovka, which belongs to Konavle region. Nearby there are a number of farms with meat and fish specialties. Explore the picturesque surroundings by bicycle or by riding a horse, which can be rented at the nearby horse farm. Drive by car to the interesting town of Cavtat, with its beautiful beaches, promenades and restaurants or explore the variety of cultural attractions in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, as the imposing city walls and its Old Town, which belongs to the World Heritage Site of the UNESCO. Take a walk along the famous main street the Stradun and enjoy the harmonious atmosphere in the Jazz Bar. The possibility of a transfer to/from the airport or rent a car at the extra charge in agreement with the owner.

This villa has a swimming pool and is located in Dubravka, 20km from Cavtat. It is set in a good location, 9km away from a stone and pebble beach. There's also a restaurant 1km away.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
