This beautiful holiday home with a large garden is located on a hill in the village of Brsečine, outside Dubrovnik, and boasts a wonderful view over the sea and the islands just off the coast. The interior of this delightful 5-star 3-bedroom holiday home is spacious, light and airy - with plenty of elegant design touches. There is a contemporary, cosy feel throughout and each room has been carefully finished and styled. The ground floor houses the beautifully decorated kitchen, the inviting living room and one of the 3 bathrooms, while upstairs you will find the master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms along with the two other bathrooms.Outside, in the generous landscaped gardens you will not only find a swimming pool, but also a billiards table, table football and a dart board. There is also a children's play set on the lawn to keep the little ones busy whilst you relax in the stunning infinity pool which overlooks the landscap and the sea beyond. Adjacent to the pool there is a well-equipped outdoor summer kitchen and a seating area which provides the ideal spot to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of locally produced wine...The house is ideal for couples, groups of freinds or families with children as there really is something to cater for just about every need. The village of Brsecine is a small fishing village near Dubrovnik and all the exciting sights, events and spectacular scenery that the world-famous medieval town has to offer. A beautiful pebble beach is around 5 minutes away by car.

This villa has a swimming pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also located in Brsečine, only 18km from Dubrovnik. The nearest airport is only 35km away. It is set in a very convenient location, just 500 metres away from a stone and pebble beach. There's also a restaurant 4km away.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
