Set in Priseltsi a village location that is peaceful and tranquil yet within walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. The local bars offer excellent value for money with a friendly atmosphere, helpful and wiling staff. Nearby shops cater for all your essential needs, food wine and drink at extremely affordable prices.
Kamchia beach is located nearby South of Priseltsi and is one of the most beautiful sights along the Bulgarian Coast.
The vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Varna is a 20 minute drive away which boasts many shops, restuarants and bars. A wide selection of restaurants cater for all needs whether it be cheap and cheerful or a much higher class of cuisine, for example Captain Cooks Seafood restaurant, Horizonte and Rappongis. Varna beach offers many attractions including the Sea Garden. There are many other local attractions including Go Karting and a Dolphinarium.

Balchik is a beautiful sea town located on the Northern Bulgarian Black Seaside. It is approximately a 45 minute drive away and well worth a visit, especially the stunning Botanical Gardens.
For keen golfers there are three golf courses in the Balchik area. The Lighthouse Golf Resort which is near Topola village, the Black Sea Rama is 10km away from Balchik and Thracian Cliffs which is near the Kavarna Beach Resort.
We're a group of 4 male friends that always go away together every year. We like to try different places rather then the usual Benidorm or Ibiza etc. so we came to this villa on 26th June 2015. We was welcomed at the airport by Nicky an English speaking maintenance man that does the transfers. He is very helpful and very friendly which is exactly what we needed as the Bulgarian language is very different to what I've seen before. He took us straight to the supermarket so we could stock up and then onto the villa.
The villa is absolutely fantastic. I would say the best any of us have stayed at. Very well equipped with excellent decoration and finish throughout. The outside area is excellent with the bbq being used a lot as it cooked so well all the local meats we bought. The pool was spot on for when we all got too hot and needed to cool down and passed hours of fun.
The villa has 4 other villas next door to it but you can barely see any of the occupants so it's very secluded still.
The village the villa is in has 2 local supermarkets and 2 local bars. (These bars are basically a fridge with beers in them) which is what the locals drink at. They were surprised when we all turned up and drunk all the beer out of his fridge lol but it was nice. The shops and bars in the village are about a 10-15min walk from the villa and are on the side of the main road.
The main to left goes back to Varna (where we flew into) and to the right eventually ends up at sunny beach. We quickly realised we needed a car so we rung Nicky that arranged it all for us and too be honest was really easy. It was the best decision we made. I've never driven abroad before but it was so easy and would do it again.
Having the car meant it opened up the whole country to us and we drove everywhere. We went to so many different towns and villages and beaches. Did loads of activities and I highly recommend my favourite which was go karting in Varna!! There is a very busy beach called golden sands which was about 30min car drive, this had loads of normal bars, pubs and clubs and is abit more commericalised. It was nice to have a night out there but we did prefer the smaller local beaches with some bars on them.
Overall, a fantastic villa. Car hire is recommended to experience more of what Bulgaria has to offer away from the village. We all had a great time and are thankful to April for letting us stay.
Ps, the oldman Bulgarian gardener that comes every few days that speaks no English at all was very thankful of his vodka red bull we made him so feel free to keep that new tradition going when you stay!!!!

Enjoyed a wonderful week in this very lovely villa. When we arrived (very late at night to be met by a still smiling and very friendly Nicky the local agent) we couldnt believe our luck, especially for the price we paid. The villa is beautiful and incredibly clean, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - beds were very comfy, bathrooms great quality and showers powerful and always hot! The garden is so well kept and the pool lovely and clean, plenty of outside space for sunbathing, al fresco dining, a great BBQ and beautiful calm views.
We were a group of 6 in our 20s (reduced from 8 at the last minute) and had ample space, never feeling on top of each other and noone miffed at having the worst bedroom as they are all spacious which I think is rare!
Kitchen is very well equipped - we always had breakfast at home, sometimes lunch and a few dinners and didnt need to improvise for utensils which Ive found Ive had to before.
The village is very sweet, with a couple of shops well stocked for daily essentials, and we drove out to big supermarkets for the bigger supplies. A car is definitely essential, but with two cars and lots of drivers we never felt isolated and travelling around to and from Varna/Golden Sands/Kamchia/Further afield was very easy. A taxi home from Varna for 6 of us cost around £12 in the early hours so still very affordable if everybody would like a drink!
Nicky the agent was always friendly, helpful and contactable, and I had great communication with the owners before and during - all in all a hassle free and easy process.
I would recommend doing some research on things to do/see and maybe print off some maps before going, though there is a tourism centre in Varna (we didnt go to it and used our phones to look things up instead, but there is not much information at the Villa.)
We had some great meals out on the waterfront in Varna - everything is very good value in Bulgaria (averagely spent around £10 per head for big, boozy meals - very nice to be able to order what you like without worrying about cost.)
Overall a fantastic holiday in an interesting country, the villa was a perfect base to relax in and explore from, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

The villa was as described in a beautiful location overlooking the sounding country side and if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. The villa was clean and everything worked. The garden was immaculate and the pool Was clean. Nicky the local agent was very friendly and ever so helpful. A car is essential as you need to travel to eat out and to shop for provisions.

This is a lovely, spacious villa with stunning views over the surrounding countryside, in a very peaceful location. The gardens and pool were very well cared for and the villa was spotlessly clean. This is an ideal spot if you want to get away from it all. The only downside was that when we stayed (summer 2013) there was no restaurant in the village. A car is essential to get to the beach or eat out. The local agent Nicky was very helpful and friendly. Varna is well worth a visit as is Kamchia beach, neither being far away.
