Apartment overview - owner's description
This top ( fourth floor ) 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the attractive landscaped Etara2 complex, in St Vlas and has two balconies. It measures a total area of 65m2. One balcony faces backwards towards the Stara Planina hills, the other balcony faces the front and has a sea view over the roof top of the building in front and side views.
It's within close walking distance of St Vlas Marina.
The apartment is situated within House 2, approximately halfway down the Etara complex.
Access to the apartment is by stairs, there is not a lift.
The bathroom is a shower room, also with the standard wash basin, and toilet.
The living room and bedroom have many windows that give the apartment a lot of light.
In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed as I purchased a thin mattress to provide extra cushioning, and sleeps typically 1 adult or 2 children. The apartment therefore sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment has a large air-conditioner in the living room area, an a slightly smaller one in the bedroom.
There is a washing machine in the apartment.
There is a microwave is with a grill facility.
Apartment is supplied with pots and frying pan and equipment for self catering.
Although currently there is no freezer, there are two fridges as can be seen on the photos. One is placed on top of the other. Each has there own ice box area.
Included in the rental price are all electricity and water costs.
Included in the price is the compulsory end of stay clean, but the cleaning during your stay is your choice and payable to reception.
For WiFi internet, in apt you need to purchase a local voucher which I can help you with.
I can arrange the airport transfer to the property.
This is the unique Etara apartment complex in the picturesque coastal town of St Vlas. It is modern in amenities but traditional in style.
The Etara complex as a whole is located on the front line of St Vlas coastline, close to the new marina. It's design replicates the Bulgarian traditional style of architecture, that is found in historic Bulgarian towns such as Etara, (of which it is named after), with it's famous open air museum. This holiday apartment complex, with it's modern facilities complements the local history and culture of the region, and creates a truly unique holiday experience.
The Etara complex itself has a range of amenities such as a two separate swimming pools, a restaurant, fitness/gym room with equipment , supermarket, and parking lot.
It is located very close to the high class St Vlas boat marina, with its range of shops, restaurants, bars. It's an ideal place to relax, and provides a variety of boat trips and pleasure cruises for low prices. Sunny Beach is only 4 km down the road, and there are regular mini bus shuttle trips from Etara 2, and also to the Unesco heritage site of Old Nessebar. You can also travel to Old Nessebar by the regular boat service from the marina.
Next door to Etara, is the large Garden of Eden complex, which helps to compliment the class and style of the area, but also helps to provide added close by amenities of other restaurants and bars.
The old town of St Vlas is an ideal location to shop for clothes, with its modern shops that have opened up. There are many restaurants and coffee shops/ bars to choose from. St Vlas has a much more relaxed feel than Sunny Beach.
