Apartment overview - owner's description
Located within the Compass Development on the exclusive Denevi Resort around 20km from Bourgas Airport (25 mins transfer). The complex has its own pool, restaurant and bar (with WiFi) but also benefits from the facilities within the Denevi Resort with many Restaurants, Bars and shops, 24 hour security and its own sandy beach and Marina.
The Penthouse has two balconies, one overlooking the pool of the Complex (children’s area) and a much bigger one of 24m, enjoying the sun from mid-morning through to sunset. Both balconies come furnished, with a table with two chairs on the bedroom terrace, whilst the large private terrace with sea view has a table with four reclining chairs and two sun-loungers.
The Penthouse is well appointed with a double bed in the bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen and Lounge with sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people and is air conditioned.
The village of St Vlas is just a couple of minute stroll where in the Square you will find a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants, so with this choice and the facilities of the Denevi Resort there is no need for a car. The cost of self-catering is very attractive in Bulgaria with restaurant costs very attractive with a large beer for the equivalent of 50p and a meal for around £3.50 per person.
Out and About
A bus stop is located just outside the Resort to take you to Sunny Beach (4km) with its lively nightlife and activity and charming Nessebar Old Town (6km), a UNESCO World Heritage Site with wonderful old buildings, cobbled streets and a great choice of restaurants.

We spent there two weeks at this august. Property met our expectations, and in some points exceeded them. Local contact was very helpful. Excellent and quiet environment.
Local beach is close and clean, but is very shallow. If you want to swim, go to La Manga or Calblanque. Anyway - renting car is highly recommended.
Perfect location for , St Vlas , Marina and beach , nice pool well maintained and clean as are the gardens. The large balcony was perfect for relaxing in private and we spent some days on the balcony bathed in sunlight for around 8 hours. Walking distance for all amenities within 2-3 mins ie Restaurants , bars etc.
Apartments is nice and spacious. View from big terrace is spectacular and terrace is great place for open air lunch or small party. Beach is clean and comfortable, exept that there was a lot of people - high season have been starting. Kitchen lacks some usual in Russia tools, but it did not affect our vacation
A lovely clean, spacious villa with great balconies. Good transfers provided by the owner. As it was our honeymoon there was a bottle of bubbly in the fridge waiting for us.
We have just returned from 2 amazing weeks holiday in St Vlas. The appartment was excellent and provided everything that we needed. The views from the balcony were stunning. The appartment was in a brilliant situation.close to the beach,village and Marina. I have already recommended it to my family and friends. I found the owner to be very helpful.
