Newly built house good accomodation easy access to Borovets 60 mins from Sofia and airport. helpful local agent

The house has beautiful views of the Rila mountains from the front and hills / woodland to the rear. The close town of Samokov has many very good places to eat and is easily accessible in 15 minutes. Built on 2 storeys there are 3 berooms upstairs, one with en-suite and a further shower room / toliet . The ensuite has a double bed and the other 2 rooms are double and twin bed. There is a lounge area with sofa and DVD player plus television. Satellite TV is installed and this is alos available on a second television downstairs. There is a balcony at the South facing front of the house.
Downstairs there is a further bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plus further shower room and toilet. Large lounge area and dining room combined with kitchen to the right end of the house. There is a balcony to the lower bedroom and kitchen and a paved covered area to the front door. Lawns to the frot of the house, with an outbuilding which doubles up as a traditional outside eating area and winter log store. Heating for the hosue is by log fire and pumped central heating from this.
