Welcome to luxurious "Villa on the Black Sea". The villa is part of “Bay View Villas- Luxury Apartments & Villas”. It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is 2.9 km. from the beach.
Villa on the Black Sea is a large detached two-story villa. We offer for rent first floor of the villa. It is a two bedroom apartment.
Fully fitted integrated kitchen has all essential appliances and equipment to make you feel "Home away from home".
Dining room is equipped with a table for six people.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious and can accommodate one extra person to sleep.
The villa is furnished with luxury furniture made from solid oak.
It aims to provide guests with a unique experience in luxury and relaxation. This area combines quiet seclusion of the Balkan Mountain and Black Sea and it is famous with its fresh air.
Its close proximity to the sea and the mountain, makes it the perfect place for a relaxing summer holiday for families, honeymooners, nature lovers, or anyone who would like to get away from it all.
Two miles away is lively Sunny Beach with five miles of beautiful beaches. Full of life during summer holiday season, it is busiest place on the Blacks Sea coast.
Multiple entertainments: windsurfing, water-skiing, jets and parasailing, sailing, speed boating, scooter-driven parachuting, pedal boating, horseback riding, beach volleyball, kiddie trains. In the evening there are casinos, discos and nightclubs with live cabaret acts and colourful floor shows.

We are just back from our vacation and we loved it - my entire family and our friend from Holland , we all had a great time . The villa is wonderful , very very comfortable and the service in the complex is at a really high level.I will recommend the Rada 13 villa to all my friends and we will definetly spend more vacations there .
