I bought a place out here - with fantastic sea views, just a few minutes to the beach by foot - many years ago to relax and enjoy nature with the family. Since 2006 I have carefully selected other properties with similar characteristics, most with fantastic sea views and all close to the beach. I work directly with the owners and I know their properties well. In fact, the area, including the land, pine forest and roads behind the gates, is jointly owned by all of us. Sardinia has always discouraged sea front developments and banned it in 2005. Luckily, our community has been here for decades - close to the sea, immersed in nature, in an oasis of calm. Over the years I've been fortunate to experience waking up to great sea views and going to bed having watched dazzling sunsets from a range of different properties across this area - some properties are a stones throw to the beach where you can hear the sea from your terrace; others, a few minutes walk to the beach, offer panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets.
