Overview

The apartment offers one air-conditioned bedroom with twin or double occupancy and a double sofa-bed is provided in the lounge, along with the availability of 2 pull out guest beds which can be used in either room to maximize flexibility (max. 4 persons). Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels).
The spacious lounge/dining room offers a TV, multi-region DVD player and leads on to the patio with sea views and stunning sunsets. A telephone is provided for free island calls so you can hire your car, book a taxi, book a table at your favourite restaurant or just catch up with your island friends!
The kitchen offers full self-catering facilities including microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and 4 ring gas hob and oven. We have also provided a mini ironing board and iron for your use. The bathroom consists of basin, w.c. shower and hairdryer.
There is a roof terrace which benefits from having a jacuzzi and outstanding panoramic views.
This apartment is our own private apartment which is managed locally and maid service is included. If you have any questions then please feel free to contact us.


Superb Location!
Situated right next to the famous Silver Sands beach which has excellent conditions for windsurfing, wave-riding and kitesurfing or just sun bathing and being the location of de Action Shop run by world-ranked Barbadian windsurfer Brian Talma. There are a few restaurants and a mini-mart nearby with a greater range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banking facilities only 5 minutes drive at Oistins which is popular for its Friday fish fry!

First I would like to say it is not my first time staying at Seawinds, though the first time in this particular property. Both stays have been very good and the accommodation has been good as well. The property is well maintained, in a good location with easy access to the beach and local store. It is also well served by local transport. I was well looked after and had a warm greeting by the property supervisor, including a welcome bottle of rum! Any issues i had, which were very few and minor, were quickly dealt with and sorted out. The property was cleaned with bedding and towels changed twice a week. I would stay at Seawinds again and even my friends there enquired about the property for their visitors! No complaints!

BALCONY VIEW MAINLY OVER LOW CLASS HOMES. AREA VERY NOISY. A/C IN LOUNGE WOULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR BENEFIT.MAID AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE VERY GOOD.NO GOOD RESTAURANTS FOR SEVERAL MILES. OTHER MORE MINOR CONCERNS.

just stayed at seawinds for three weeks this our third time at the appartment which we found first class again we have found our stay very good hot sunny weather everything we needed at the appartment local shop near by good places to eat out near by quite place we had a car for three weeks so we went to lots of lovely places found eating from the locals very good enjoyed our holiday very much we will be going back again we will be telling all of our friends of this lovely place with lovely friendly people near by

the apartment was very spacious and clean. ideal location for relaxing beach at the bottom of the road. jacuzzi and roof terrace very well used the view from there is wonderful. we used the local store for basic provisions and the supermarket in oistins for a bigger selec tion. we found a fab place to eat in st Lawrence gap called the Happy Days Restaurant steak to die for and the couple who own it are really nice and helpful you can take your beach things have breakfast at Happy Days and then off to the Beach for the day at st Lawrence Gap. highly recommended we will most definitly re visit Barbados seawinds

This is an ideal accommodation if you are looking for a quiet place out of the tourist crowds or if you want to do any water sports. The actual aparment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The caretaker and housekeeper very friendly and helpful. The sea in this area is not as calm as in other parts, so depending on weather you will have to be careful, but that is why is good for surfing, etc. It does not have the most impressive beaches, but quiet and uncrowded ones. There is a couple of little shops to buy some basics, for any other shopping or amenities you will have to go to Oistins or Town. Local buses or pick up vans run regularly. The jacuzzi, maybe it was us, but we couldnt get it to work properly, but having the sea less than a 100m away, who minds! We didnt. Also the tv we couldnt get a chanel properly but again who wants to watch TV on holidays. There are quite a few DVDs to watch and if you want the local news, you can always use the radio. The airconditioning was great and although it is only in the bedroom is enough. During the day we had the fan on in the sitting room and we used to switch the airconditioning for a couple of hours before going to bed to allow the room to chill. That was enough for us. So overall Great! We will repeat!

This is our third time staying here and we have enjoyed it everytime. The apartment is spacious, clean and with every amenity. It is close to the sea, situated in a quiet spot and not over commercialised but within easy reach of Oistins and St.Lawrence Gap ྪ mins by car). We would have no problem in recommending this apartment to anyone else. Our thanks for a very relaxing holiday.Barry and Janet Pelling
