Apartment overview - owner's description

The luxurious Drei Berge apartment complex is located in the village of Viehhofen, close to the famous Saalbach Hinterglemm. The practice slope is right next door, as is the exit from the slope from Saalbach Hinterglemm.
On the 1st floor you have a spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment which was completely refurnished at the end of 2015. In addition to the attractive living room, furnished with authentic details, with a beautiful open kitchen, you have no less than 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The sunny terrace is really huge and overlooks the beautiful surrounding mountains. There's a spot reserved in the parking garage for the car. In just a few minutes you can be in Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach/Hinterglemm from Viehhofen. This is also a desirable location in the summer.

New development! Starting from the winter 2019/2020, there will be a lift from Viehhofen directly to the skiing area of Zell am See. This will mean that Viehhofen will be both connected to the skiing area of Zell am See and with Saalbach-Hinterglemm through an ascent from the skiing area (the lifts of the skiing area of Saalbach Hinterglemm can easily be reached with the free ski bus). The expectation is that there will be ski buses to both skiing areas.

Accommodation is spacious in design and looks fairly modern. Cons 3rd bedroom has a too small double bed. Temperature in the home unbearably warm. (had nothing to do with outside temperature. Environment is great, everything easily accessible.

The apartment is stylish and cozy as shown in the photos. However, there are some signs of wear and tear on walls, doors, floors, Gerschirr, bathrooms, which do not fully justify the high price. The bathrooms are inside and in all showers black mold despite fans. The rubber doors hang down on the balcony doors and the wooden floor has clear water damage especially in the area in front of the doors. In the kitchen, the high-quality equipment rather basic. No toaster, only a filter coffee machine, almost every piece of crockery has breakages, the rubber handles of the cooking utensils are melted like. With the uncoated pans it was very difficult to cook. There is no hair dryer or a radio, but fortunately a dryer which is not in the description. The beds are ok. The mattresses of the two double beds are not fixed on the sides so that they constantly slip apart. So everyone lies alone. A topper could solve this Ritzenproblem cheap and effective. In the bedroom with the bunk bed was just the smallest cabinet and no dresser. That is not so well thought out. We have forgotten to bring bath mat so you after the shower is not on the floor. Has the property management kindly borrowed. The bread service also worked great. The waste separation was confusing. The info flyer is not on the correct level. Organic waste is no longer separately. The motion detectors in the hallway were quite annoying. The light also stays on at night as soon as you enter the hallway. Unfortunately, you can not switch off by hand as we knew it from where else. The underground car park is very convenient and also with minivan including jetbag passable. At least you are protected under the roof in the first part of the goes to 2.35. To get into it you have to be under 2,20m. But it worked out well for us. Ski boot room is large - everything perfect. An hour before arrival we had called the manager to indicate when we would arrive. Mrs Carmen Gruber was present, welcomed us and led us around the apartment. Fine. The apartment was beautiful, we were 9 people and the room was very generous. The area we knew from previous holidays in Viehhofen, the apartment was new to us

Tel. reported to keyholder, was within 5m on the spot, friendly explanation and tour. Beautiful and very spacious app., Sufficient equipment in kitchen and comfortable beds! Bathrooms spacious enough and everything very clean! Beautiful surroundings and views, only downside is perhaps traffic along the road opposite acc., If the windows are open the traffic noise (moderate traffic) present. With closed windows it is quiet !!

We were wonderfully received by the hostess. After a long journey we were already in our apartment at 09.00. Our apartment was spacious, cozy, tidy and equipped with all convenience washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher. Environment is great, you have a beautiful valley run to the apartment, you are close to restaurants and the bread service is toppie. We really enjoyed it.

We were welcomed very nicely on the first day. The apartment is very nicely decorated and nothing is missing. In a few minutes you are with the skibus or car in Saalbach. A successful holiday with a nice landlady and a great accommodation, as well as environment.

The accommodation is amazing in one word. Not the standard "holiday home", you feel right at home. I could live in that way. The surrounding area is magnificent although it is extinct in the ski resorts at this time. But well, that knew of previous holidays in Austria.

For our holiday to the family, the accommodation was very well suited Each couple (with children) had a bedroom, the apartment was well equipped and we have felt very comfortable. Very convenient was the good Anschließung to the ski area by ski bus, its own ski back to the hotel and the lifts right out the front door with a ski school for children.
