The Chalet Roßberg is highly recommended. The apartment is comfortably and qualitatively furnished and the care was very nice. We especially liked the large balcony with the beautiful view of the mountains. In the area there are many good gastronomic offers and countless hiking trails. The Zillertal, the Kitzbüheler Alpen and the Hohe Tauern National Park are also within easy walking distance. We could only explore a small part in 14 days and would like to come back.

We had a wonderful autumn weather for a week and could sit on the balcony. On the balcony nice view of the Gross Venediger. House is nice and big, so we could sit on the balcony, in the living room or eat-in kitchen. Unfortunately, a lot of work was done for the house (handling things) and so a lot of traffic in the morning.

Arrival: The property is easy to find. Just a pity that you will not be welcomed as a GUEST on arrival. More than half a week after arrival, we only met our contact person. You do not feel really welcome as a guest is our opinion. The accommodation: Is pretty high the view became less every day because more and more wood was piled up and garden waste was dumped by the locals. The property is spacious and has a nice layout with 3 balconies. What is not nice is the entrance to the front door, this is VERY very stylish and is full of gravel that you quickly slip on. Let it stand in the winter when it is slippery you have to be very careful. Walking up with your suitcase is therefore quite an undertaking. The house was "reasonably" clean, you did not have to walk barefoot so mopping was really necessary right away, too bad. But perhaps this has more to do with "what do I find clean and what do you think is clean". Separating the waste is a hassle and certainly if you only get the notorious YELLOW bags after 2 weeks in which the waste should go and that with 35 degrees not really fine or hygienic. Cutlery is more than sufficient, but crockery leaves something to be desired, especially since it concerns a home for 7 people and you only have 5 flat plates at your disposal. We were only 2 and so it goes but different ..... What we certainly have not experienced as pleasant is that there has been someone in "our home" to bring the guest card (only after 1 week incidentally) That there someone inside can understand that, but without notice just walk through the house that we had rented for 3 weeks when we are not there I find absolutely no good thoughts. The guest card could just have been placed downstairs in the hall and a note could prevent a lot of speculation. Arrival was unproblematic, have found our house the same. The key handover worked perfectly. The accommodation was very good, nothing was missing, was sour and modern. The surroundings were an eye-opening, the snow-capped mountains, the first two days the weather was still rainy, but then it got better day by day. A trip to the Dachstein was a special surprise, 6.10 m of snow and a temperature of 1.5 °. It was really worth it. The negative was that the end of the season was and all buildings and restaurants were closed. We are of the opinion that one could do without the tourist tax (2.00 € / P) during this time.

A great apartment, you do not know where you should first sit on the terrace. The view, the peace just fantastic. The reception with Brigitte was very cordial. Small hooks are the lack of equipment with various Kleinigkeite in the kitchen, such as corkscrew, sieve, butter dish, etc. For 2 people, the dishes are sufficient, but with more guests would be the dishwasher in continuous use. Sorry Do not switch the heating on or regulate yourself The whole area to explore, you can not in 2 weeks. Simply great this nature, we did not want to go back. Also, the access up the slope is a bit difficult, but it is probably already a staircase in Planung.Wir come back soon

We had a nice holiday in this super spacious apartment that was fully equipped. From the roof terrace you really had a beautiful view, so beautiful we have not had so far. A few minor inconveniences were there, so there were very few pans and no fitting lids, but there fell for us to live with. Great value for money. The house is just outside Neukirchen, so you have to take into account that you need the car. For us, however, no problem. We have done a lot with the Salzburgerland Card in the wide area, because of your lack of time. Highlights were for us the Krimmler Wasserfall and the Weiss Sea (2650 meters). We had good contact with the manager, she spoke Dutch and then once the stop ran quickly on the spot.
