This holiday home with all utilities is in an ancient farmhouse called Ramsauer. The farmhouse was renovated in the year 2010. This home is in a very peaceful and sunny location. The employees working on the property live in a room on the top floor, and generally do not get in the way of guests. There is a private swimming pool on the property for guests to enjoy in summer. The organic farm is an ideal starting point for mountain biking, hiking and strolls. The region is perfect for mountain climbing and Alpine tours. Ramsau beach with various activities such as beach volleyball, giant swings, sliding soccer and the Forest Rope Park is just 3 km away from the house. The cross country trails that run right past this organic farm in winter are among the best in the world. Ramsau has many skiing slopes for beginners, active holidaymakers and families. Skiers can take the shuttle bus free of charge to reach the Planai, Reiteralm and Hauser Kaibling ski mountains. Relax in the sauna after a strenuous but pleasant day of skiing or hiking. Milk can be purchased from the organic farm, for a nutritious breakfast. Pastries are delivered from the bakery, on request. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. Supermarkets, ATM machines, post office, adventure trails and climbing trails for children, cafe, restaurant, sports centre, veterinarian, church, swimming pond, hiking and cycling trails, mountain biking, cross country and Nordic walking trails are located within walking distance from this home.

  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
