We had a great 2 week stay. The villa was perfect, very well equipped. We had an issue with the water heater which was rectified very swiftly by the management company. All in all a lovely stay. It is an easy walk to the resort which takes about 15 mins.

Sorry for the late review but we absolutely loved our stay here at this villa From the moment we arrived at ACE aww were met but our pre arranged transfer (zip) who were very friendly and the transport was lovely and clean with AC. When we arrived at the villa we were not disappointed it was exactly as promoted spacious clean with everything we needed. The outside dining area was covered for welcome relief from the sun and the pool was delightful There was plenty of seating both in and out the villa even though we were a family of 4 there was plenty for the maximum group number Bedrooms were spacious causing sibling rivalry for the very large downstairs bedroom!! My son is an athlete so promptly joined the gym which was about 5 mins walk away which he praised highly stating the environment was amazing inside very accommodating and the equipment to a very high standard he went every day and loved it! The villa is about 10-15 min walk to main strip but it’s an easy walk flat paved well lit at night there is a small area of waste ground you walk on to get to the path but fairly smooth no cause for concern. There is everything you need on the main strip from the harbour one side to the marina on the other which I will add was beautiful with gorgeous restaurants and little shops, everyone we met were so friendly and welcoming We had lovely meals but really enjoyed the Chinese at the royal (next to the Irish bar) sorry forgot what it was called it was an all you can eat buffet and was fabulous The villa was very well equipped with all essentials needed and more! Very home from home. There is a beautiful palm tree in the garden so when you are drifting into slumber the breeze is gently blowing the palms which makes it sound like you are laying on the beach with the sound of gentle waves lapping at the shore so beautiful and relaxing. The weather was lovely too, you are always going to get a breeze there but I will say I got the best tan ever on this holiday so definitely not put off. The communication with Peter and Nikki was excellent everything was explained very clearly before arrival and they were more than happy to answer any queries along the way. Great villa everything you could possibly need. We all really enjoyed our stay

Nice villa with good pool.Heated pool required maintenance a couple of times but did not effect us in any way.It was a bit of atrial down to the resort ,although manageable.If there was any critism any one renting with toddlers the villa would benefit with a strair gate. Good bar "El Tonel"around the corner which provided excellent take away pizza.There is also a cash & carry within 10 mins .

Lovely villa and location had a lovely 2 weeks there wish it was longer. If a nice quiet place is what you like great place to visit .

Party consisted of 4 year old up to 75 year old! Villa Very cold, no heating. Pool, very cold. Beds and sofas uncomfortable. Kitchen too small. Bathrooms floors were very slippy and damp from upstairs shower was coming through living room ceiling! Day of arrival at 1.35 (and after very tiring journey) we were told to go for a walk or go shopping, for at least an hour and a half, as cleaning still in progress!

Beautiful property with everything you need for great relaxed holiday My husband and 2 daughters aged 11 and 9 really loved this villa it had everything you needed and the villa was spotless I was at a villa which was classed as 5 star in June which was definitely not but this villa I would definitely rate a 5 star Owners have done great job with this villa and would book this villa again if coming back to Lanzarote

A lovely villa in a quiet area with a nice pool and outdoor seating area. Not too far to walk down to the main resort although it is a good 15-20min walk and there's nothing but a main road and wasteland on the walk down until you get nearer the resort centre-a taxi for 4 Euros is a must as it would be far too dark and lonely to walk up at night. The whole family loved the villa and my only disappointment was that there was no shop within easy walking distance for necessities like water etc. All the food shopping had to be bought at either the Eurostar or HiperDino in town.

The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. We did have a few minor unforeseeable problems which Kerry made arrangements to have them resolved as quickly as possible in a very courteous and professional manner, nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Casa Hibiscus for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. One little tip would be to provide a guest book with instructions for appliances, and where guests could leave recommendations for restaurants etc. One restaurant I would not recommend is the one next to The Irish Anvil bar - not one of our party of 5 could eat their meal, and all were returned virtually untouched. However the steaks in The Irish Anvil bar are yummy and very good value. Thanks Kerry, hopefully I will return one day xx

we have just returned from a 33 night stay at this fantastic villa ! kerry the owner was a real pleasure to deal with The outside area is very private lovely well kept gardens with some lovely flowers the pool was fantastic not silly deep we could touch the bottom all the time and the temperature was superb especially for my other half he dont do cold ! the kitchen and utility area had everything you could need to prepare a 3 course meal if you so desired the lounge was very comfy two leather sofas 138 english TV channels which came in handy on those cloudy days staying for 33 nights we didnt venture out every night so again very useful along with excellent wifi connection we only used the master suite upstairs as only the two of us lovely comfy big bed huge walk in wardrobe and toilet wash basin and shower room the view from the balcony is stunning which ever way you look (take some binoculars) bed sheets and towels changed once a week by rosemary and john lovely couple thank you so much for making our stay so nice. The walk into town is one straight road took around 12 minutes right into town centre we have been to playa blanca many times and stayed in lots of villas this is one of the best for sure so good we have booked for another stay 6 weeks over xmas and new year dont want to wish my life away but really looking forward to being back in casa hibiscus thanks again kerry for a lovely stay !
