We had a lovely holiday at the Villa for two weeks. It was very well presented and the area is beautiful and the views amazing. Lovely pool and outdoor area.

Rented the top and bottom villas together. Fantastic villa, clean and pool is so nice. Cleaners came everyday and Effie was so welcoming. Car hire is a must to see the island. The beach at the bottom of the garden is beautiful, warm water with loads of fish for snorkelling. Recommend to all.

We had a lovely relaxing week at beautiful Villa Ferran.

You will not be disappointed with this villa! A luxurious 5 star villa with stunning views! We were a group of 9 people (3 couples and 3 kids), staying for 10 nights and there are ample rooms and bathrooms. The villa is well equipped with all the essentials you would expect to see and more, even specially fitting towels for each very comfortable sunbed. The pool cleaner comes every morning and cleaners come 7 days into your stay and when you leave. Overall the villa is furnished to a very high standard, is very secure with outside security cameras and you’ll love the pool + jacuzzi for endless fun. The local agent, Hamdi was exceptional and went that extra mile to fulfil our every request/need, nothing was too much trouble. For example, when we found that we had no water on a Sunday morning (which was the case for most villas in the area…), Hamdi and his staff got the problem resolved in a few hours (fantastic for a Sunday…). Kalkan town is only a 5 minute taxi ride down the hill, which is very affordable at 20 lira and the same goes for the local beach clubs. Kalkan at night is a hidden gem and offers lots of character with its many roof top restaurants serving delicious food. In terms of recommendations for improvement, my only suggestion would be to provide a pool table down one of the sides of the villa or a folding table tennis table which can be stored at the back of the villa, which in turn would have been very entertaining for the kids ( and adults), however, to be clear this was not advertised when we booked, so we weren’t expecting it and it’s just a suggestion. We all had a fantastic holiday and a big contributing factor was the Villa that we stayed in and the agent that looked after our every need. To that end, we would highly recommend this villa and will most definitely be back again soon…

We were delighted with the villa, the agent, the location and the facilities. There was a some construction work going on close by but this did not distract from our experience or enjoyment. The daily clean was unexpected and very welcome.

We were a party of nine ranging from the age of 3 up to 88 years old and we enjoyed our time at Villa Thanasis. The villa was spacious with seating areas to enjoy the sun and shade. The pool was a good size and well maintained. The location was great with a couple of decent restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket within a short walk and the beautiful beaches only a 10 minute drive away. However, we found the villa to be a bit dirty in parts and feel it would benefit from a deep clean especially of the floors and the shower heads. We also felt that the kitchen needed a wider range of large pots, pans and utensils to make cooking for a large group easier. You should also be aware that pool towels are not included in your hire of the villa so these need to be requested and paid for separately. Overall we would recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.

The property itself was fabulous and we had a very relaxing time. We would definitely come back as it was a special place. There wasn’t loads to do on site for the kids and there was a few miscommunications with the Agent, but overall very good.

Certainly one of the best Villas to rent, very clean, great facilities, superb pool, lovely welcome and well appointed. fuss free booking and agent. Only downside is the hill side location, so car definitely a plus but the upside to that is a great rural location, whilst convenient by car to most areas.
