My husband and I first visited Disney World together in 2003 and at that time we fell in love with Disney World and Florida and we have been fans ever since.
WHY WE CHOSE WINDSOR HILLS RESORT FOR OUR HOME
We rented a vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort back in 2005 and we fell in love with the resort, it's location is great and the onsite facilities are those that you would normally associate with a luxury hotel stay. So after many more trips to Orlando and much saving, we were eventually able to purchase a home ourselves in March 2010 which we now use often ourselves.
WHAT MAKES OUR HOME UNIQUE
When we purchased this home we we wanted to make a vacation home that wasn't a compromise compared to our main home, as when renting homes previously we often found ourselves staying in homes that did not have all the same comforts that we have at home - although we don't have a pool at our main home so that is always a bonus! So when we furnished this house we made sure that our guests would not have to compromise either, which is why this house is very well cared for, is well maintained and has many luxury extras.

The villa was absolutely lovely and perfect for our family stay. The location is brilliant with Disney only being a few minutes drive away via Sherberth Road. There are numerous shops and restaurants all on the doorstep.

A very clean villa where reality matched the pictures. The owner was very attentive to requests, for example changing the air con within minutes of the request. We also requested a later checkout which was facilitated quickly for us. A great stay and we would return.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks starting 30th April 2022. We had a horrendous start due to the previous guests trashing the property and the cleaners having to spend extra time there preparing the villa for our stay. But Natasha (the owner) was in constant contact with me & was distraught about the whole situation. The cleaners did a good job but some areas (mainly kitchen cupboards & drawer fronts) were left "sticky" and not pleasent. I resolved this by buying my own cleaning products from the local Walmart store.
Despite the initial disappointment, we actually loved our holiday. The villa is in a great location with regards to the parks. We felt very safe there & actually loved heading back "home" after a day out.
I would recommend this villa and would definitely return.

Wonderful property and owner. The owner's attention to detail and communication was exceptional. We knew exactly what to expect and had no trouble getting in touch with any question we had. When we arrived, the house was extremely clean and had everything that the owner said it would have. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and the appliances are excellent quality. There were also many extras like a full-size crib for our toddler, a high-quality stroller, toys, books, games, and movies. It really showed that this a home the owner also uses for vacation. We have stayed multiple times in Windsor Hills resort, and this house and owner were definitely our favorite. Highly recommend.
