Absolutely loved our stay! The owner Sue could not have been more accommodating! She was absolutely fantastic. This trip has been rearranged a few times due to COVID, and Sue has just been so brilliant making our family holiday dream come true! Villa was gorgeous, very clean, bedrooms spacious, pool and outside area perfect for family gathering and time! Beach a stone throw away and super gorgeous! Massive thank you to Sue for making this our first perfect family holiday!

Really lovely set up. Beautiful extensive gardens and choice of outdoor dining areas including outdoor kitchen! Amazing views of Montgo from bedrooms and pool area especially sunset over the mountain. We loved the private pool and comfortable loungers when the sun came out. Beautiful coast and nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as choice of supermarkets, although easier to access by car than on foot due to one footpath being on the same level as the road. Villa is in a large neighbourhood of villas set back from the coast. Easy to explore lots of the pretty beach coves in the area. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garden! Friendly property manager nearby. We had a lovely week away.

Really excellent villa with plenty of space , and perfect pool . Also strong WiFi and wide range of tv channels . Great barbecue facilities and table tennis . Need a car as walking with no pavements can be a bit hazardous with children but easy run down into javea which has great restaurants and excellent beach . Taxis are also easy to obtain .

Owners are very friendly, villa and garden with swimming pool are really spacious.

Great villa and pool. Area wasn't noisy so was perfect for us to relax. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again!

Lovely villa in a beautiful area. Was quite a bit of construction going on in neighbouring villas when we were there so was rather noisy but we were out most days! Facilities were clean and ready to use. It was a bit annoying that there was no gas for the bbq on arrival, but this was quickly rectified by the property manager who lived next door! The villa itself is local to everything with only a short (brisk) 15min walk from the beach and restaurants and bars! Our favourite bar was called Octopus with the gorgeous landlady that is Jenia :) they have a Tapas Bar on the back called Kraken! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and miss the villa already!!! This was our third stay at Sue’s villa because we absolutely love it! I love the views over the mountains and watching the sun set with a glass of wine in hand, there's nothing more perfect. You are 5 mins drive to the main promenade with its lovely restaurants and beautiful sandy beach. The heated pool was lovely and warm, worth paying extra for this. We had a couple of issues but they were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the property manager. We always say perhaps we’ll try somewhere else next year but keep coming back because we know it’s so lovely!!

My wife and myself stayed in this villa for ten days, and we had a great holiday. We have been to javea many times, and stayed in different accommodation. This villa is one of the best we have rented, the outside space is the best we have had. The garden and pool areas, the naya and the comfortable seating are lovely. Inside is very comfortable although we didn't use it much because the weather was so good. The outside kitchen is brilliant, we used that a lot, although the hob is not very good in the wind, no matter, there is one inside. It makes a change to rent off owners who are bothered to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Even though there was only two of us, it would easily accommodate eight people. I think we will be back Jack and Frances ☺ Northamptonshire.

Loved the villa so much last year (see review 2017 - Paul) that we returned this year for nearly three weeks. Ditto everything in the review I wrote last year but with the addition of the new steps into the pool making it so much easier for getting onto the lilo's and other inflatables!!! The addition of a roof to the outside kitchen gives some shade when cooking on the barbie and stove for al fresco cooking and dining and a outdoor fridge that we kept our beer and soft drinks in was very useful. We're now trying to work out our holiday dates for next year!

The villa is just the perfect place to stay at when you want a relaxing holiday in Javea. Everything you need is there. The outside kitchen, pool (with poolheating if you want!), spacy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.. Everything was just perfect. Our children didn’t want to go home anymore.
