What a fantastic villa! We'll kitted out and very clean. We always stay in Emerald Island Resort when we go to Florida but this is the best place we've stayed in. It felt like home from home and both Graham and Sue were brilliant with supporting us during Hurricane Idalia. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was a wonderful home from home experience. Plenty of room for my very large family of 5 children and our friends with their 3. So much already provided for children and entertainment. Every room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The heated pool was wonderful. We have visited Orlando area many times and we all agreed that this was our favorite stay yet. Many thanks

Absolutely perfect. Check in and out very straightforward. Villa well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery etc. There were only 2 of us but more than enough for 10 people. Lovely to have a very efficient dishwasher and laundry equipment. Also good quality sheets and towels. Solar pool heating very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Home From Home!!!, Emerald Island Resort is a clean and well managed resort!..Close to all restaurants, supermarkets etc though car certainly needed! Felicity’s Villa was perfect for our needs, … spotlessly clean with lots of everything, linen, towels, baby needs, computer,Wi-Fi , and to much more to mention, quite great games room used constantly by the children,…It would be difficult to find any faults!… Graham easily contactable and very helpful throughout! Have read some horror stories of booking villas etc…none would apply to Felicity’s!…No hesitation in recommending it , family loved it and would happily stay there again!

Gorgeous villa, very spacious and well equipped with all mod cons. The children (and the adults!) loved the “games room” and of course the pool. Conveniently located (in a gated community) near to all the Disney World parks. Will definitely book again for a return visit soon!

We have just got home from staying at this villa. We was there for 18 days. The villa was beautiful, clean, spacious and well kept. We was sad to leave. It is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lovely white towels in all rooms and bathrooms and plenty of pool towels for everyone. Anytime time we wasn't at the parks we was in the lovely warm pool or in the amazing games room having tournaments. We couldn't really get much closer to the disney parks or the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We got to the animal kingdom in 8 minutes. Super fast WiFi with all 10 of us using it at the same time. The photos don't really do this villa justice, great correspondence with the owner Graham, thankyou for having us stay in your beautiful villa, it really made our Christmas vacation magical. Hopefully we can come again one day.

We had booked last minute and we were not use to the area. I would highly recommend Felicity's Villa, it is in a gated resort beautifully kept. The owner Graham responded to my quires immediately, which made me feel confident that a little issue of hot water would be resolved immediately (which it was done so as quickly as possible). I would definitely stay here again. The pool and hot tub were also used by us and we enjoyed the entertainment games room, tv channels and the villa is near lots of restaurants and supermarkets.

Our second year staying and yet again a tremendous time had by all. The villa is perfect in every way and the location is amazing.

We loved our stay at Felicity's Villa. We were close to all of the major attractions. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything. It backs onto a forested area so you are very secluded which is nice. We would stay here again and recommend to any family looking for a vacation house in Kissimmee.
