Our stay at Villa Agnanti was fantastic. We had a group of 30 family with great grandparents, grandparents, parents and children including teenagers and babies and it was perfect for all. Irene was amazing. Her and her husband lived on the premises and made sure all was well. They booked cabs for us to the supermarket and even delivered fresh bread and water which we needed a lot of with such a big group. They cleaned up the kitchen and garden/ pool area every day although we kept it tidy anyway. We mostly spent time by the pool and garden but there is a beautiful cove a walk away down the hill which we visited and a lovely taverna which did us an amazing seafood meal. Irene and her husband prepared a lovely meal for granddads 80th for Greek Night which we recommend. Anything we needed they would do for us. Amazing holiday and we will visit again. Angela

Myself and 11 other boys stayed here aged between 23-25 and we had the best week. The villa was beautiful as well as the area. Our hosts made life as easy as possible for us and couldn't do enough for us. They arranged transfers from the airport as well as multiple taxis when we were there. I would 100% recommended this villa. The beach is a 10 minute walk and is beautiful. I want to say thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. Max

We stayed at Villa Konaki in September this year and we had a really lovely stay! The views from the villa are incredible and the rooftop terrace is a great place to see it from. We can't recommend Irene and Dimitri enough, from the moment we arrived they were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very at home and made good recommendations on things we could do and even brought us a few meals of home cooked Greek food and fresh fruit from their gardens. The village was pretty quiet (although we did go off peak in late September) so it was very relaxing although the neighbour enjoys quite loud Greek music all day every day, which fortunately we didn't find too bad. There is stuff to do around the area but not a great deal and you do have to drive to it as there is no public transport. The villa was so nice that we spent most of our days there relaxing and swimming and there was enough within a 40 minute drive to give us enough day trips; so it wasn't really a problem. A car is an absolute must and it's definitely advisable to first arrive during daylight hours as the roads are quite windy and hilly. We managed fine but the roads there aren't that good.

We really enjoyed our stay at spacious and peaceful Villa Agnanti with its stunning views across to the island of Evoia. The lovely couple who run the villa - Ireni and Dimitri could not have been more hospitable and helpful. You do need transport though to get around and the drive up and down to the local towns of Grammatico (with its lovely bakery) and Marathon for the food shopping (at My Supermarket) is somewhat tricky but once you get used to it its ok! We also made use of the very nice football pitch at the small stadium in Grammatico. The Villa is well placed to reach Athens for the sightseeing and local attractions such as the Marathon Museum and Marathon Lake. The facilities at the villa are ok (the villa was build in 2004 for the Olympic Games influx) but the bathrooms could have been a little larger and could do with an upgrade!

Nice complete villa with pool. Way to the beach/village is very steep and a car of scooter is highly recommended. Cleaning and change of towels/sheets is very good organized and personnel is very friendly.

We had a great two week vacation in the villa. Half the time we did not bother to travel but simply enjoyed the villa, pool, nearby beach and the peace&quite. The family are great and hospitable. The house is well equipped. The location is ideal. We intend to return and I have already recommended it to my friends.

We had the middle one of three adjacent very similar villas. Ours has the extra bedroom so there was plenty of space for two couples, one with two children. The living and kitchen space is good and there is a pleasant outdoor area with dining table and area for hanging wet towels. The kitchen is well equipped and we were also provided with a barbecue. The air conditioning works well, in all bedrooms and in the main living space. The pool is small but was perfectly adequate for our needs. The decking beside the pool is a large sunbathing and lounging space but is getting a bit tatty now. The villas are about 1km up a steep road from the top of Agios Nikitas. They are not comfortable walking from the town so a car is essential. And parking in Agios Nikitas can be a nightmare, particularly at weekends. So we tended to eat early in the evening and drive back to the villa to sit on the balcony drinking in the lovely views over Agios Nikitas and the distant Epirus coast with a glass of Rozoli, the lovely local clove based liqueur. At weekends wed go to one of the other villages. We recommend Karia and the family run restaurant at Tsoukalades where they grow their own food, have goats and chickens and you park in the farmyard! Our villa was a delight, a quiet haven, and a good base from which to explore the island. Thoroughly recommended.

A lovely villa, perched on a hill so a hire car is recommended (you can get one just down the road with Graham at Europcar). The views are beautiful, the house and pool both excellent sizes. The housekeeping service was very good, we were surprised by the regular cleaning/changing of linen. Agios Nikitas a a very friendly little village with loads of restaurants and caribbean style beaches only a stones throw away.
