No contact by the letting company, no email with arrangements. I had to chase, twice, to arrange collection of the keys. I had phoned 3 times within working hours, but no response. The second bedroom (with own balcony) left a lot to be desired. The bathroom stank all the time and not because of us. It needs looking at. One bed creaked every time you moved, keeping the other person awake, the beds were originals from 2002. The pillows were hard. The crockery was a mishmash of various sets. The balconies, although a great view, if the wind was up, it blew a gale, you couldn't sit on it. We tried only once to put the umbrella up for an hour when there was no wind. The sofas were uncomfortable. You could highlight you Do Not provide a Parking space. Overall we enjoyed our time there, because we were family together, but it could be so much better with a little improvement of the facilities

We are a family of 6…4 teenagers. The property was clean and tidy and had all we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful. Supermarket within walking distance. We walked to the marina for restaurants and got a taxi to San Blas and walked twice too. The kids wanted some more night life so we got a taxi to las americas twice too which was around 30 euros. The villa itself was spotless, the pool was cleaned midway but no bedding or towel change (10 day break) was no issue as I washed the towels in the washer that’s there. Thank you for having us it was just what we all needed

We have stayed at this property previously therefore we knew what we were going to and on the face of it just about value for money. Our opinion is the property needs upgrading and although that would likely result in a slightly higher rental cost, that’s to be expected. Bathrooms and kitchen require attention along with expected essentials of Air Conditioning and WiFi that should be added. Would we stay again, yes if upgrades were done, but probably not before then, which would be a shame as the apartment has many positive points, lovely large sun terrace, good internal space, quiet location with restaurant and supermarket close to the property and a lovely pool area.

Villa was well equipped and in a good location. The terrace was really nice, big and the water in the pool was warm. We had a few problems. The air conditioner in the living room was running a lot of water down the wall inside the house. It ran into electrical boxes (dangerous?) and quickly formed a pond on the floor. Of course, we didn't dare to use it after that. In addition, the same fault was in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The villa had good instructions in the living room on what to do if there are problems. I immediately called the number on it and followed the instructions. I left a message where I described the problem and left my phone number, which villa it's about and my own phone number. No one ever came to do anything about the whole thing during the holiday or even called me about it. After the holiday we contacted Karian Apartments Tenerife which is the conpany that takes care of this villa. First they replied that they take feedback seriously and have passed the incident onto their management teams and the villa owners for their information. After this no contact from Karian Apartments Tenerife ?

Great apartment in a quiet spot in Los Cristianos, I would definitely stay again

On Arrival had to strip both beds Collected all towels clean toilet & pots I needed Housekeeper forgot I was arriving Pans microwave toaster & mini oven all needed cleaning All had been used!! Shower screen so dirty lime scale had been left for a long time That’s the inside Sun loungers & covers are so old … I did ask house keeper if she would lie on them Ask her to take covers to be washed I was left a towel to lie on That was on day one I was still waiting on day 14 for them to be returned Parasol base broken told housekeeper I would need one never replaced sun beds are so old and dirty Dirty patio doors My friend would have refused to stay here .. Apartment needs a deep clean ASAP

Can’t fault Casa Carmela This was our fifth visit and we have booked again for next year

Another very nice stay. The flat is newly renovated. The view from the balcony is magnificent.
