Great villa - had everything you need Parks - airport - shops all very close by (It’s just the traffic lights that take so long to change in USA ) Definately recommend to any family who wants to go to Orlando

Booked this villa again for one week, everything went superbly, had no complaints whatsoever, everything was there what we needed, sad to leave, all being well we will be back again

Brilliant Villa. Tony was very helpful throughout the booking process and always quick to respond. We stayed for 3 weeks in Feb 24. On arrival the villa was very clean, had everything you could need and more. The pool was heated (paid for) to a lovely temperature and was really clean and clear. The area was quiet and well kept. The pictures did not do it justice. Debbie from the management company was really helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions. Duane took pride in looking after the pool which was in great condition. In summary, fantastic villa in great location and super pool. Great value for money and we would return when going again, Very highly recommended. Thank you Tony.

We had a lovely stay at the property and would 100% stay again. The property was impeccabley clean through out. The pool area was excellant and we enjoyed having morning coffee in the pool area whilst watching the numerous wild birds from the lake behind the property. Travelling to the parks was easy and great that it avoided the i4 which made getting there and back much easier. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you need in a self catering property. The living room was spacious with a good size TV for those evenings that you just wanted to relax in the cooling AC after a long day! Thanks for great stay! Mark. Matt, Izabella and Anson (UK)

The villa is perfect for couples or a small family. Lovely sunny days by the large pool looking out across the pond. Ibis, turtles and ducks are your immediate neighbours. Very little traffic compared to the 192 area. Superb facilities nearby, no less than three Walmarts, all the takeaways at the end of the road. Great access roads to the theme parks, make sure you go for the Visitor Toll Pass scheme if you are hiring a car then you can take advantage of the quiet toll roads. Great facilities in the villa and plenty of space. It has a welcoming feel to it. Plenty of towels, lots of hairdryers, washer and drier were very useful. Overall a nice change from the other side of Kissimmee, great value for money and well maintained.

Sorry for the late feedback thats what happens when you have an amazing holiday and return straight back to work. We would love to return and use your Villa on our next trip to Florida. The Villa was easy to find has everything you need for the time you are staying in the Villa, pool was amazing and all attractions were easy to get to, shops close by.
