Absolutely fab … our host Chris was very welcoming and helpful … and accommodating The apartment was secure in a gated complex and extremely clean and was more than sufficiently equipped with everything we needed. Perfect place in April to decompress!

Spent a week at the property , had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Everything at the property you need. will defiantly come back again. Nice neighbours and pool is lovely. Perfect location great costal walks and loads of restaurants locally.

I have stayed at this property several times,I stayed in May with friends and have just returned from 2 weeks there with family,this property has everything you need for a great holiday it is like home from home, great location for beaches,bars and shops all within walking distance also a lively pool just outside the gate, the only downfall we found was that there are a few fixed umbrella shades around and people were leaving sunbeds and towels under them and then not using them which was a bit annoying but we bought an umbrella and used that as we also needed one for the beach,we have left the umbrella behind for others to use when needed,I would definitely recommend this property to anyone

A great villa, in a really good area for bars, restaurants, the beach and all still lovely and quiet. There is now a new set of steps into the pool that aren't vertical, making it easier to get in and out of the pool.

Wonderful villa and location highly recommend

This was our second stay in the house after staying last September. It’s ideally situated and has a pool a few steps from the front door. I was glad to see new steps in the pool this year making it easier to get in and out. Whilst the house is lovely, it could do with a bit of an update as it’s pretty tired and old fashioned. Size wise though, it’s great. We did mention when we stayed before that the sun beds could do do with replacing as some of them are split and have been taped as a temporary repair. The biggest gripe with them is the cushions which are all heavily stained and just feel grimy. There are some loose floor tiles in the bedroom which I caught my foot on a couple of times and also one on the landing which hopefully can be fixed. Chris as usual was an amazing host and always available if we needed him. Overall we would recommend but would hope to see some improvements when and if we return.

I have stayed at this property with my friends and some family for many years there is no where else I would choose to stay in cabo roig it has everything you need for a great holiday, pool just outside your gate, lovely clean villa with everything you need very close to shops,cabo roig strip and beaches and Chris the key holder is great nothing is too much trouble I have just returned from 20 days with my friends and am going back in August for 2 weeks with my family can't wait to go again

Another lovely week at Los Angius V. An ideal situation next to the pool and accessible for the shops and restaurants. The villa has everything we needed but as we eat out all the time didn't try out the cooking utensils!! Chris very helpful and prompt for pick ups as usual. We will certainly come again. Thank you.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay here, we love the area/location, with so many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within 10 minutes walk. The apartment/complex was situated right next to the pool which was perfect for us and our 12 year old. There are plenty of sun beds and chairs to use in the apartment for around the pool. There are fixed umbrella shades around the pool, however the locals appear to like putting their sun beds under them and not using them all day, therefore a spare umbrella in the apartment would have been really useful (also to take along to the beach). The apartment is a little dated but it was perfectly clean and was a lot bigger than expected. All in all, a great holiday and we would love to return!

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay here. Lovely house, big enough for our two families. Our grandsons really enjoyed the pool right outside the door. Lovely quiet location near to beaches and the strip. Few minor issues but Chris dealt with them straight away. Very friendly guy. A good idea would be a welcome pack or ask if you would like anything if you’re coming in later on a Sunday with a baby, as you have to go out straight away to get basic provisions. Had a lovely holiday ( finally after 3 years) thank you, look forward to coming back!
