The plot has stunning sea and mountain views. Neo Chorio is the last village that lies on the boundaries of the Akamas forest, only ten-minute drive from Latchi. Akamas National Park is surrounded by sea on the three of its sides and has plenty to offer to the nature lovers. The village of Neo Chorio is rich in culture, history and Cypriot hospitality.
The villa will be constructed in a quiet area, within walking distance to the village taverns, small supermarket, post office, bank, café and pottery shop. Few kilometers from the village is the well known Smiges picnic area, popular with locals and tourists. The legendary Baths of Aphrodite and beautiful sandy beaches of the Polis-Latchi area are 5-minute drive to the plot.
The design of the villa will include feature fireplace, spacious living and dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom (that can be replaced with a study) on the ground floor. The first floor consists of master en-suite bedroom, main bathroom and two more bedrooms.
