c/ 20% of the purchase price within another couple of months as agreed in the Preliminary Contract
d/ 20% of the purchase price not later than March 1st, 2007
d/ the last payment is 40% /forty percent/ from the total purchase price less FIRST PAYMENT MADE /as deposit shall be payable when the Golf Course is ready.
